No more than a decorous porting of the original PS3/360 game: technically good, but one step behind the luxuriant Black Flag.

A good L4D clone. Unfortunately, the price is too high compared to the offer, especially if you have previously played the first two episodes on PC.

Code Name S.T.E.A.M. is an unexpected strategy game that beefs up the European line-up for Nintendo 3DS, pretty accessible, with a solid gameplay and an usual artistic direction.

Broken Sword 5: The Serpent's Curse is an intriguing proposal for the fans of the adventure genre. The price is right, and the game itself is pretty good.

This is the Gauntlet we would have wanted to play last year: a lot of new features that increase the replayability, including two new game modes. There are still some issues with the camera, but overall this is a pretty good dungeon crawler.

Ride is a good racing game, with an excellent driving model. The career is a little outdated, at least in 2015, and there are some technical issues, but overall it's a great experience for all the bikers out there.

This dino-themed installment of the LEGO series has an undeniable charm, but it's not the best LEGO game ever made. The gameplay is basically the same as the previous titles, with less fights and more puzzles. There are a few new elements, but nothing really noteworthy. Final warning: if you were expecting the original voices of the Italian movies (like in the English version), you're up for a huge disappointment. The Italian voiceover is plain awful.

In the never-ending universe of puzzlers/platformers, Shiftlings has some interesting idea and an original twist, but some repetitive gameplay elements and a steep difficulty curve prevent the game from fulfilling its potential.

The porting of ZombiU on other platforms is decent, and the new control system is well implemented; the game is still good, with its great atmosphere and a nice mix of survival elements. The graphics, though, are almost identical to the original, and that's not a compliment.

This third and final DLC of The Evil Within took an unexpected (but welcome) action turn: after countless hours spent measuring out every single bullet, The Executioner is a nearly cathartic experience. Anyway, do not expect much more than a couple of hours of fighting, gore, and violence.

Let's make it short: Extreme Exorcism is the perfect filler between AAAs, especially when you play the Challenge mode.

With a little bit more courage and polish, Reincarnation could have been a great starting point for a reboot of a classic franchise. The gameplay is still fun and silly, but there is nothing really new here.

Despite its technical flaws, Cities XXL is a real extra-large city builder, fun and enjoyable, with a solid foundation built on the pillars of the genre, and notable additions to the building and managing elements of the gameplay.

Final Fantasy Type-0 is a sumptuous action-RPG set in fascinating and unusually adult universe. Unfortunately, this HD version could have been better, mostly for the constrains of its mobile origin.

This third episode of the Telltale incursion into the Borderlands universe starts off reaaaally slow, gaining pace towards the end, with a great cliffhanger and some interesting twists between a couple of characters. A decent filler: nothing more, nothing less.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse doesn't offer anything out of the ordinary from a narrative standpoint, but it will please everyone looking for a nice fighting game, especially if played online with some friends.

Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea is basically a more of the same, which is not necessarily a bad thing. If anything, we'd have appreciated more attention to the old fans of the saga, rather than making things simpler for newcomers.

Battlefield Hardline should have restored the good name of the series, but it pays the piper for a production that needed more polish. The netcode for the multiplayer is OK and the battles are pretty fun, but everything here is pretty standard, and nothing really stands out.

As a game, Ultra Street fighter IV is a blast, full of content that will keep you busy until the fifth chapter. The PS4 version, though, is a rather poor conversion.

Resident Evil Revelations 2 was a decent game when it first come out, and this porting for PS Vita is well done, even if it doesn't add anything truly remarkable. Considering the shortage of games for the Sony portable console, it might be worth a try.

Basically your standard trivia game (of course), Trivial Pursuit Live! is a good title, fun to play with your friends, but only if they are actually in your living room. The online component is too cramped and limited: you can't setup a match with a friend, and it's far too easy to cheat.

The racing component is fun, the US map is really huge, and the sense of progression is very good, but in the end The Crew falls short of its own ambition, torn between a single-player arcade racer and a full-flegded MMO experience.

An interesting mix between SOTC and a souls-like game. Unfortunately, Titan Souls is very short and the checkpoint system is a little bit broken. "Prepare to die, minimal edition" could be the best quote to describe the game in a couple of words.

Remastered or not remastered? That is the question. This new edition of the best game in the HOMM saga adds a lot of new multiplayer features, but the gameplay is still the same, and the fact that all the expansions are missing is unacceptable.

Like modern soccer, you need a lot of money to thrive and achieve success. Top Eleven 2015 is a nice game, with a good management system and a whiff of the old Championship Managers, but is ruined by a pay-to-win approach that basically forces the player to invest money in order to advance in the game.

Undoubtedly a niche product, Sword Art Online RE: Hollow Fragment is perfect for cosplayers and hardcore fans of Reki Kawahara's novels, but it won't probably be remembered for being a great dungeon crawler.
