The Matrix: Path of Neo does have its moments - but these are limited by the restraints of the medium. In the trilogy, Neo could do almost anything, which included manipulation of time itself. Transferring these abilities in-game has been problematic, and the engine simply can't cope with all of Neo's talents.- Gamestyle

We suppose if you’re really into your WW2 shooters and unlike everyone else in the world has yet to tire of the setting then it’s possible that you’ll get some joy out of it. Everyone else need not apply.- Gamestyle

Paperbound has a lot holding it back but at its core it’s is an inventive, feverish multiplayer game that has in it the magic to inspire the same kind of cursing and joy as the best multiplayer game – it is the magic of the formula.- Gamestyle

On it's own Virtua Tennis 4 is a great game but contextualised by previous games in the series, you can't help but feel a distinct sense of deja vu. The perpetual game play can't be masked by slightly better graphics, in the same way that adding pointless elements to the game play can't excuse the fact it's a slightly shinier version of Virtua Tennis 3 with an extra side of clutter.- Gamestyle

Overall, Close Combat: First To Fight doesn't have the looks or the sound, but what it does have is the fun-factor.- Gamestyle

Moto GP is rather desirable for anyone that loves their simulated bike racers and the PSP once again proves that it's a decent handheld for racing fans.- Gamestyle

With that said, Biology Battle is certainly in the upper spectrum of Geometry Wars clones, but whether you want to fork out 800 points for it depends on your love for the genre, and the deepness of your virtual wallet.- Gamestyle

Be it a comatose dinosaur that needs reviving, a fossil find that needs extraction, or research team that needs a project, everybody unfailingly 'needs' a little of your time.- Gamestyle

Amazing Spider-Man is a good effort, especially when considering some of the usual tie-in games.- Gamestyle

Fighting really isn't Sonic's strength - at least not with regard to good gameplay. He needs to be kept on his feet - a balled blur of blue - not flat on his face.- Gamestyle

Don’t be fooled by a poor opening, Bloodsports.TV is a cracking co-op game and one you should be playing.- Gamestyle

Beyond building, however, the game doesn’t have much to keep your interest. There are enough tasks to keep you amused for some time, but if you find this becoming boring, there’s nothing else in the game to keep you playing.- Gamestyle

Unfortunately, the spark of enduring gameplay is soon extinguished by some bizarre design choices and a ropey camera system.- Gamestyle

MLB 14: The Show will not be for everyone, it isn’t a game for the casual gamer. It is a game for fans of the sport and for those it is the perfect game to have, especially with the cross-save features that mean you are never away from the action for any longer than you need to be. As good a sports simulation as you can get.- Gamestyle

Ultimately though it comes back to crushing disappointment. Nothing here wasn’t possible on the last generation of consoles and after playing other open worlds the city of New York seems bland in comparison.- Gamestyle

EDF is a perfect fit for the Vita, despite not being a perfect game. It's set up for portable gaming, it doesn't feel like it has been a cheap port with little effort. If you can see past the price point then it is more than worth the space it will take up on your memory card.- Gamestyle

Tedious puzzles and boring 'go here and collect this' missions destroy what could have been the most interesting Harry Potter title to date. So, it's another average movie tie-in then. What a surprise.- Gamestyle

This ugly duckling, with elements of poor execution somehow manages to provide a captivating and distinctive experience. It shouldn't, but somehow it all comes together to deliver a gem of a game. Remarkable.- Gamestyle

There is an addictive quality to Monster Hunter as you push your character to new levels and wonderful weaponry. Yet it relies too much on management of items and combinations that take up more time than the quests themselves.- Gamestyle

Quite a decent RPG. What holds it back is that it is far too typical of the genre; there's really nothing new about it nor does it do anything particularly well to make it truly stand out. If you're a fan of RPGs, you'll enjoy it, but it may be something of a forgettable experience.- Gamestyle

For many, though, there’ll be a point where the learning process feels too much like work, the subject matter is off-putting, or the technical ceiling is just too high to warrant the effort. Find a friend who is at the same level of (in)competence as you though and you can at least have the most ridiculous scrap of your life.- Gamestyle
