Demon Gaze is what it is and it is fantastic at doing what it does. One for veterans of the genre only though.

Whether or not Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 is an essential purchase depends on your own point of view. The thought of starting again for many regulars will prove too much, as will the additional cost. The extra features and game changes are beneficial and potentially the Playstation Move support will be a convincing reason.

Despite the shortcomings of the combat, Gravity Rush can still stand alongside some of the best games on the Vita. With its wonderful art style oozing character, it’s a game that once you start; it’s really hard to put down.

Overall OMG HD Zombies is a fun little time waster, it has a mix of touch screen controls or physical controls, depending on player preference. Despite the randomness of layouts on levels, when you hit a mammoth chain the feeling is great. Laughing Jackal have a fine game here and one that should have a pennant home on your Vita.

EDF is a perfect fit for the Vita, despite not being a perfect game. It's set up for portable gaming, it doesn't feel like it has been a cheap port with little effort. If you can see past the price point then it is more than worth the space it will take up on your memory card.

New match types such as the elimination chamber, and a revised control system, mean that unlike other WWE titles appearing on other formats, this one can stand up in its own right as an accomplished game - and one that people outside of its hardcore fanbase should have some fun with.

Overall London 2012 is one of the better official tie in games. It is easily one of the most fleshed out, with great variety. It may look a little ropey in places, but as an overall package it is a fine game in its own right.

When games like this start to get later into a series, a staleness can appear, however Just Dance 4 manages to keep things fresh, the new tracks, new modes and improvements to returning features see this as a solid entry, it is an essential purchase for fans of the genre and another reason to get up and hit the dance floor.

For the completist, Mark of the Assassin offers 5 achievements, over 20 Codex entries, 19 Quests including optional ones and sizeable experience points. It all adds up to a viable package, a decent running time and value for money at last. If this is the shape of downloadable content to come for Dragon Age II, then there's life in the game for sometime yet.

Apollo Justice is a likeable guy (because he is just a carbon copy of Phoenix Wright, to be honest) and even four games into the series, this still remains fresh, thanks to the clever writing and plots.

An exceptionally balanced game. FRD have managed to combine elements of pretty much every third person action game without it ever feeling contrived or forced, and they've selected all the best bits (stealthy kills, plenty of weapons, good storyline) and discarded those ideas that didn't work in other games (no camera control, steep learning curve).

Slight negativity aside, Sonic Advance 2 represents Sonic at its best - fast, slick, looking great and offering yet more of those bonus features (now unlockable, however). Whilst technically there have been better Sonic games, none have managed to quite capture the frantic essence of speed and style like this does.

There is a lot of positives to take from Skullgirls, everything from the art direction, to the game play itself. The game seems to have been made from the ground up by a team who love the genre and wanted to make a game that everyone could share. It is a great title and a wonderful addition to the library, but to get the most out of it, you need to spend out on that fight stick.

The combat is as good as it’s ever been, the writing is sharp, it’s visually stunning, and the game is full of iconic Batman moments that fans will adore and talk about for years to come. Don’t let the game’s few – admittedly glaring – flaws deter you from what is otherwise a terrific Batman tale.
