A niche title geared towards fans of fantasy themed turn-based strategy games looking for something light and fun.

What we are left with is a really good shooter that is somewhat hindered by bad AI, a bad storyline and tedious objectives toward the end. The sum total of the whole game still comes out being a pretty good one even with those problems.

With all there is to do in the game, it’s a shame that it isn’t more interesting. For the most part, the touch controls work well and there’s plenty of variety to the events, but for some reason, Mario and Sonic at the Olympics doesn’t really hold your interest once you’ve played each event once.

Those happy with the original and just looking for new recipes will find plenty to do here and may enjoy the challenge of cooking without Mama to help out. Those that weren’t impressed with Mama’s first outing won’t find anything here to change their mind.

At $30, the game is absolutely worth checking out. Not just for its look or its addictive qualities, but for the sheer, simple joy of getting to play with entirely new toys.

Because of the relative simplicity of the puzzles, the game plays more like an interactive movie or novel than it does a true game, but its story is so compelling that you may not mind too much.

Playing online is a lot of fun because you can remove the silly AI from the equation, but when you add up all of the game's problems you are left with a very sloppy effort on the part of 2K Sports and Kush Games.

If it weren't for the shoddy visuals and sub-par controls, this would be a really good game.

Hot Shots Tennis, as you'd expect, looks like a kid’s game, sounds like a kid’s game, has the depth of a kid’s game, but plays a very mature and fun game of tennis. Unfortunately, it's just not challenging enough and it doesn't have enough longevity for experienced sports gamers.

What in the end keeps Full Auto from being worth the steep $60 price of admission is its lack of depth. Honestly, in just a couple of hours you can see most of what this title has to offer.

Really, though, it's the characters, not to mention their well done dialog, and story resolution that make the DLC something any fan of the main game should experience.

What we have with NHL 2k9 is a top shelf hockey game that still needs some tweaking to perfect the on-ice experience. That said, the impact on the authenticity of the game of having such unparalleled realism in the realm of puck physics cannot be overstated.

It’s just enormously cool that this title exists, despite the fact that the only other title in the series is a 22-year old NES game. It’s stylish, fun, and offers a very solid retro experience.

I think what bugs me the most about this game is that I had my original expectations set pretty darned low before it came out in the hopes of being easily-impressed, and sadly, it ended up meeting many of these low expectations.

Activision is publishing an Aerosmith-focused game with a mere 31 tour tracks, a significant fraction of which have nothing to do with Aerosmith, and they’re charging people full price for the privilege.

While Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes may not be as flashy as the PS2 games, it is a decent first step on the PSP. Fans of the PS2 titles will have no problems jumping into this portable entry in the series, though it isn't particularly flashy or as interactive as those titles.

Barring one heck of a patch from 2k Sports, there’s no magic pill to cure all that ails this game. The legacy of developer 2k Los Angeles (formerly Kush Games) continues to be the delivery of high-potential but brutally flawed games that lack considerable polish.

Killzone may have not lived up to the title of “Halo Killer”, but the great gameplay and in-depth story line of the single player campaign as well as the multiple modes of online play should keep even the most disparaging gamer happy for quite some time.

The interface is slick and easy to maneuver, the graphics solid, and the gameplay familiar and yet open enough to allow you to breathe a bit. Sure, the Diablo formula gets stale after a while, and this is no exception, but if the game does nothing else it proves that this genre fits in perfectly on the console—a pretty big achievement, really.

Unfortunately, the simplicity went a notch too far, and instead of a fun, arcade-like romp through memories of wrestling yesteryear, we're left with a wrestling game that has the best roster in 10 years, but some of the least challenging and least fun gameplay.
