Dense JRPG that lacks the humor and storytelling of other Nippon Ichi titles. [Sept 2010, p.104]- Games Master UK

Like Rey Mysterio taking on Khali, this one's brave but ultimately doomed. [Dec 2007, p.46]- Games Master UK

As a short-lived break from MW2 it works, but long-term exposure will highlight flaws. [Oct 2010, p.85]- Games Master UK

The game is a little clunky in places, with glitches and a shaky lobby, but that barely detracts from the fun of a perfectly recreated, playable slasher flick. The only drawback is that you NEED seven friends to enjoy this. It works with randoms, but the real joy is playing with people you know: all those howling recriminations, the taunts, cheering the kills. [Aug 2017, p.80]- Games Master UK

The smashing combat is enormous fun, but the lack of direction will lose you. [Jan 2012, p.90]- Games Master UK

Half epic, half irritating slash-'em-up that's as grand as it is sloppy. [July 2006, p.69]- Games Master UK

Those looking for a fresh coat of paint over an old neighborhood will be satisfied. For the rest of us, this justice might be a bit too laboured to be worth the trouble. [July 2018, p.83]- Games Master UK

A novelty, but if you're after a sim buy Skate; if you want stunts, find Tony Hawk. [Issue#232, p.91]- Games Master UK

It's decent enough, but it's sloppy and a general lack of excitement hurt it. [Jan 2007, p.76]- Games Master UK

A rare triumph for movie tie-ins, full of fast-paced fun and some sweet ninja action. [June 2007, p.84]- Games Master UK

Zesty and packs a punch, but becomes over-familiar very quickly. [June 2010, p.74]- Games Master UK

A very basic, simplistic shooter with over-forgiving auto-targetting and linear levels. And the controls don't translate that well to PSP, either. [June 2006, p.79]- Games Master UK

Heavy on text, low on game, which makes it less fun than "Trauma Center." [Christmas 2007, p.84]- Games Master UK

If it worked perfectly this would still be a pretty limited game, but with no way of fixing input lag, it's a huge disappointment. PaRappa deserves better. [June 2017, p.83]- Games Master UK
