This isn't for the serious hardcore fighter, though there is plenty here to like, but with the campy humor many may be put off.

The over emphasis on action and less emphasis on using your wits drags it down to a pretty standard evolution of the Tomb Raider formula.

The idea behind it was brilliant, but the execution drug it right out of innovative and right into mediocrity.

Adding some variety would have been nice. As it is, what puzzles are in the game are average, and running around collecting things gets rather tiring after a few levels.

The game developers have setup one of the best fighting systems this side of the original Mortal Kombat but the aspect where MK: DA truly excels greater then any fighter that I have played on the Xbox is depth.

The amount of gadgets that work their way into the game is absolutely staggering, the feeling of playing James Bond will most definitely enter the minds of some gamers.

Once you get by all of the sex, drugs, alcohol, and profanity you'll notice that there is an actual BMX game underneath with fairly inventive level design and some solid gameplay mechanics that actually would have amounted to a fun game had it not been bogged down by so much profane material.

The lack of options, modes and moves makes what could have been a decent game something to pass up. There is no excuse for this.

Why this game didn't go through a more rigorous testing period is beyond me. There is no excuse for some of the bugs in this game, especially the visuals.

The excessive amount of FMV movies in the story mode is something that really hampers the enjoyment.

A totally different game from the original. It doesn't matter how similar the gameplay of both versions is, it's the little (and big) additions like a Dynasty Mode and a Create-A-Player feature that makes the titles a pole apart.

There's more under the hood than a simple half hour of shooting. Sure, the game is short, but with all of the extras included, the shelf life of this game extends longer than many other releases on the market.

The primary gameplay is fun, a very creative and enjoyable diversion, but it doesn't go anywhere. It simply doesn't lend itself to a continuously evolving experience.
