The Saboteur could have been one of the year’s most impressive games. Sadly, Pandemic tries to do too much, and players are left with a game that never becomes more than the sum of its parts.

I'll end with this, if you're willing to put the effort in, and the realism aspect sounds like it will appeal to you, the $30 price of Arma II: OA is an easy entry into the series.

Aligning yourself with special interest groups, hiring different political aides, and participating in television interviews add even more depth to the already somewhat convoluted experience, but without these options it wouldn’t really feel like politics.

The lack of replayability means you'll probably get your fill of the game in about a week, but it's definitely worth a playthrough.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 is a lot like Marvel Ultimate Alliance; it just looks, plays, and sounds a lot better.

With an overwhelming number of party games already on the Wii, including the two previous Raving Rabbids titles, it’s hard to justify spending fifty bucks on this game.

But no matter how enjoyable it might be, the fact remains that Animal Crossing: City Folk is a sloppy, lazy port of a Nintendo DS title to the Wii.

Savage Moon isn’t a bad game, but a good one with a number of technical and focus issues.

There's no doubt that playing Earthworm Jim with updated graphics and game modes is a treat. Even though I had a lot of fun reliving my younger days, the game shows its age, and despite all the additions made in both the single and multi-player, I have a hard time recommending this game to newcomers.

It's not a drastic improvement over the last game, but considering how high-quality the season has been so far, I doubt anyone is going to complain.

If you're in the market for an RPG and don't feel like playing another cliché, traditional JRPG, there should definitely be room in your library for Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier.

Unfortunately, not every aspect of the game works as well as it should, and even though it's an enjoyable title, Disney Epic Mickey is far from the blockbuster it could have been.

For anyone who considers themselves a fan of the series I would recommend a purchase, there is definite replay value in repeating earlier levels with newly gained abilities, and many of the game’s flaws fade into the background when your character is powerful enough to dominate a level.

While it doesn't quite encompass the charm and addictive nature of Mario Kart DS, it's still a strong game in its own right, and can offer hours of entertainment to kart racing fans.

Difficulty issues aside, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a Darklord provides Wii owners with one of the best strategy games on the system.

If you can look past the fact that Dante’s Inferno is a very loose adaptation of the classic poem, the game offers eight to ten hours of fun occasionally interrupted by unnecessary annoyances.

Although on the surface H.A.W.X. seems like an Ace Combat 6 clone, a deeper examination reveals that it has taken the Ace formula, and improved upon it. The incorporation of satellite imagery, a leveling system, and new control mechanics are enough to make this most recent Tom Clancy title soar over the competition. As a huge fan of the flight action genre, I can say that H.A.W.X. is this generation’s true ace.

While it's not a bad episode by any means it definitely doesn't feel like the ending Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures needed to end a success. A grand adventure this was not.

With its threadbare narrative, unlikable characters, uninspired combat, and myriad technical issues, Mercenaries 2 is a huge disappointment. There’s some fun to be had blowing up buildings with a friend online, but playing through enough of the game to unlock these weapons is more of a chore than it’s worth.

It's still very, very charming, and if you're not smiling while playing there's something wrong with you. Hopefully the upcoming episodes will continue to improve at a steady pace, because there's much more life to live in West Wallaby Street.

It comes across as more of a toy then a real game, and with a budget price of $29.99 it is well worth the purchase for anyone seeking a way to wind down that won’t numb the brain.

Fans of modern fighting games may find the action (aktion?) a bit shallow, but for MK aficionados, this is the game we’ve been waiting for since the mid 1990’s.

Despite the freezing, and the other minor complaints, Star Ocean: The Last Hope is still a great game that far exceeded my expectations. In my opinion, it’s the best game in the series, and I find myself actually sad that it is supposed to be the last.

Wolfenstein comes so close to being a really good game, but just falls short. The fact that it came near its former greatness is almost more disappointing than if it had been terrible; with a few original ideas, this could have been the must-have shooter of the summer.
