Sons of Sparta is a solid 2D title that plays it safe, offering accessible gameplay and shedding light on a rarely explored chapter of Kratos's history. It dives into the Spartan's origins and the bond with his brother Deimos long before he became a legend. While it delivers a satisfying blend of the franchise's DNA with Metroidvania elements, it ultimately sticks to the genre's basics.- GamersRD

Felix the Cat is a group of two games that remind us of some Super Mario Bros. games since they are very identical. Despite being a re-release, it has improvements that add more value and make it stand out from other better Konami proposals.- GamersRD

Lost Epic takes elements from Souls-like games and mixes them with an anime style. Our mission is to defeat the gods in 2D environments with a fun and deep combat system. We will not have many kinds of enemies but at least we will have enough hours of gameplay.- GamersRD

If we leave aside the controversies, bad creative decisions and conceptual art; Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League does its job as a casual “spin-off” game that is not very relevant that we can play with friends to have a good time. It's definitely more fun than the failed "Gotham Knights" but different from the gameplay of cultural phenomena like The Arkham Trilogy.- GamersRD

SPYxANYA: Operation Memories is aimed at anime enthusiasts, but it has a catch. The mini-games are the greatest feature of the package; the photography mechanics were pointless. It will get monotonous after a few hours and hardly touch on subjects from the original work.- GamersRD

Alone in the Dark fulfills the proposal of offering us a reinvention of the classic 1992 game in a more decent way. The best thing about the game is the exploration and investigation, the possibility of playing two campaigns with different points of view is amazing. The shooting is not a big deal since the enemies are not difficult and we don't have new weapons or upgrades.- GamersRD

Edens Zero, as an anime-based title, manages to capture the essence of the original work, though not without flaws. Its charming story and straightforward gameplay do the job, but outdated graphics and a lack of depth might turn off players looking for a more robust experience. It’s a game made for fans — and hardly for anyone else.- GamersRD

Another expansion for what was Ubisoft's most successful game of 2021. Unfortunately, the expansion sold separately for an additional $19.99 doesn't quite match up or do justice or add substance to the gaming experience.- GamersRD

That Time I Was Reincarnated as a Slime ISE.KAI Chronicles has some outstanding sections, but others might be more simple and straightforward. The game is geared toward fans of the original work, and it is an accurate adaptation.- GamersRD

Super Technos World: River City & Arcade Classics should learn a few things from the best game compilations out there. While it offers a decent selection of titles, not all of them feel worthy or memorable enough to be included, making the overall package feel somewhat uninspired. I’d recommend it only to retro gaming fans and those looking to revisit the golden era of 16-bit classics.- GamersRD

Survival Kids is a simple co-op game made for younger players, but it’s not the big return many fans were expecting. It’s more fun when played with friends, which helps make the experience better. Still, older or longtime players probably won’t get much out of it beyond a few fun afternoons but (only) if played with others.- GamersRD

Stray Blade is another game with the Souls formula that fell short. It may have interesting mechanics but they are not outstanding at all. Its world is well built on a visual level and at the same time it does not offer much to do.- GamersRD

Slitterhead is an experiment that could have been better due to its ideas, mechanics, and studio. Elements like NPC possession, dynamic combat, musicalization, and a unique story fail to make this horror game stand out more and it falls short due to graphical issues, poor AI, and some technical bugs.- GamersRD

Crossfire: Legion has quite a bit of potential, I hope it can maintain a good player base. This is a game with a modern gameplay, good graphics and excellent voice dubbing. Something is missing on every match and the story just feel lost.- GamersRD

Risen could have been a better game but the combat system did not work well since it is not accessible or intuitive. Graphically, it stayed in 2009. Although making faction decisions helps a lot, it doesn't save the game completely.- GamersRD

This was a necessary reboot, now Saints Row feels more realistic. It strays from the crazy and fun roots of the original. Customize every aspect of our character is awesome but unfortunately it is not a perfect game. Still is our favorite open world game about criminals and is back with more perks than before.- GamersRD

Ganryu 2 reminds us a lot of those side-scrolling games where we couldn't blink. Gameplay is good but the levels are a bit long and the checkpoints are far from each other. It is an entertaining game even if you have to repeat a level several times.- GamersRD

Charon's Staircase is a game with confused intentions. On the one hand it has a dark story that we discover as we go along, with a great narrative. On the other hand, it falls short in some aspects like causing scares and its outdated graphics, although with interesting puzzles that will make us feel like Sherlock Holmes.- GamersRD

Revive marks the return of a classic with refreshed and well-executed mechanics, though it stumbles with a weak story and outdated visuals. Its combat system is fun and full of potential, but the lack of post-game content makes it more of a short-term experience—best enjoyed casually with friends.- GamersRD

Drag x Drive is one of those unique Nintendo titles that makes use of the new capabilities of the Nintendo Switch 2, but unfortunately falls short in several areas. Its premise is undeniably original, yet the lack of content and game modes will hurt its longevity.- GamersRD

Unknown 9: Awakening is the video game adaptation of a larger scale project that incorporates other ways of content; and unfortunately falls short. On paper, the proposals seem intriguing, but they have gaps and fail to stand out. It has generic combat, a story that doesn't look interesting and graphics from two generations ago, the fact that Anya Chalotra plays the protagonist couldn't even save it.- GamersRD

Snow Day brings everything a South Park game should offer us. An entertaining time in a not very complicated game where we can enjoy in real time the voice acting, jokes, transgressions and mockery that have made South Park the best intellectual property in decades.- GamersRD

Bloody Ties is a new expansion wasting some potential by being released without the proper foundations and context. It ends up being part of a forgettable story which leaves rewards that, quite regularly, will demand for proactivity or an outright new game save.- GamersRD

Starfield: Shattered Space had the potential to be a good expansion, but it felt unfinished because it uses the same structure as the base game, only adds little content (with the exception of narrative and new weapons), and has plenty of errors and bugs. It isn't bad at all, but it could have been better.- GamersRD

Skull and Bones is the result of a long wait and not receiving what was expected. It is an ambitious but monotonous game. Visually speaking, it has very good graphic details, good atmosphere, sound and a decent level of customization. Being a multiplayer service game is absolutely an advantage for this pirate game, although unfortunately in a few weeks everyone will stop talking about it.- GamersRD

Kong: Survivor Instinct offers an interesting twist by putting us in the shoes of an ordinary man who has to rescue his daughter and not in the powerful primate side. It’s a well-executed Metroidvania based on the Monsterverse, with survival elements and a storyline focused on gritty realism. While it doesn’t aim too high, it manages to keep things interesting.- GamersRD

The House of the Dead: Remake takes us back to the arcade era with new improved graphics but keeping the essence of the original title. It is a game that entertains for many hours, especially in company. The new additions are insufficient and it doesn't motivate replayability at all.- GamersRD
