It can be too repetitive at times and too easy for gamers looking for challenge. However, the spooky theme and familiar Disney settings will make Haunted Mansion an enjoyable diversion for many.

So overall you have a LEGO game that for the most part sticks to the formula, feels like it is really stretching its source material to fit the mold, and introduces a new gimmick that's fun, but not as much fun as it could have been.

To say I enjoyed Chroma Squad is a bit of an understatement; I really dove into the sim stuff. The battles, though on the simple side, keep the part of me who loves SRPG combat more than interested from beginning to end. The extremely linear progression of the game and the backgrounds left a lot to be desired, but Chroma Squad is still an easy, if not rabidly enthusiastic, recommendation to anyone who loves SRPGS, the Power Rangers or just wants something a bit on the strange side.

Overall The Bigs 2 is fun in short doses for those who prefer an arcade-style baseball game, and very over-the-top arcade play at that.

While not devoid of fun moments, overall Age of Booty feels more like an endurance match than a strategy game in which the first one to slip up loses.

The ability to so easily change between creature types and the opportunity to concentrate on the creature's development are very nice additions to the game that should please those who simply wanted to interact with the game's incredible AI, unfettered by the incursions of rival gods.

Mind Over Mutant doesn't mutate the standard platform game experience to stand out from the crowd.

It can be an enjoyable game, especially when you are just starting out to build your corporate empire. However, some gameplay quirks and the need for too much micromanagement will cause some players to lose interest in it before too long.

Provides some fun racing action, but it's not outstanding.

Ace in Action is not one of the best looking games out there and its gameplay is a bit on the derivative side, but overall it is a surprisingly enjoyable game.

Agents of Mayhem is the kind of game that could have been great with a bit more work. The agents are a great group of playable characters and the mechanic of switching between agents as easily as you would switch between weapons in another shooter is a good one. Drop these agents into a lively open world with plenty to do and explore, a world like you'd find in a Saints Row game for example, and you'd have a really exciting game here. Unfortunately, personality alone is not enough.

On the one hand, The Simpsons Game will keep you playing through to the end just to see how the story unfolds and so that you can see what the writers skewer next. On the other, the game makes you suffer for its art with its generic and somewhat frustrating platform gameplay mechanics.

Puzzle fans will enjoy Luxor but its lack of variety limits its appeal to other gamers.

No matter which category you fall into, I think you'll agree in hoping Square Enix has some new ideas for the inevitable Kingdom Hearts III, because what they've got now is pretty tired.
