One of the best games to come out this year. An extremely immersive story, solid gameplay, great sound, addictive multiplayer, and one of the best-looking games of all time.- GamerNode

Valve really has done a great job showing people that episodic content doesn't have to be such a bad thing and can give the developers a chance to implement changes to the code as hardware becomes more and more powerful with time. The game is absolutely worth playing through and should not be overlooked in any case.- GamerNode

As the last Final Fantasy of the current-gen, it delivers as the best of the bunch. An epic story, incredible characters, slightly-innovated battle system and some of the best graphics seen on the PS2 add up for an incredible journey any RPG fan shouldn't miss out on.- GamerNode

Simply put, Forza 2 is much more than just another racing simulation on the console; it’s the closest thing to the realization of a racing fan’s dream game that we have ever seen.- GamerNode

The PS3 version may look and run slightly better, and it may include Knights of the Nine from the get-go, but the status of the expansion is something you have to consider, and the fact that there's really nothing new should convince you to stick with what you have.- GamerNode

The gameplay is widely addictive and chaotic in Company of Heroes, and that's something you don't see very often in RTS titles these days. Relic continues to redefine themselves as a top RTS developer, and with two solid franchises under their belt, they're up there with Blizzard as the masters of the genre.- GamerNode

Madden 09 is the best Madden of this generation. It's the first of the series which feels like it actually belongs on these consoles, and wasn't just ported with prettier graphics.- GamerNode

Devil May Cry 4 has set the bar for how a combat system should be made. I can't stress enough how fun it is to beat the hell out of every enemy encountered. Fans of the action hack and slash genre have a new champion.- GamerNode

Despite me finding a majority of the combat boring (and I admit, many will love it -- I'm just very impatient at times and really thought it stopped the game cold) there's no questioning that Uncharted is a fantastic game, and has topped Ratchet & Clank as my favorite on the PS3.- GamerNode

Bad Company 2 is a great improvement over the original, and also one of the best FPS of this console generation. The single-player campaign is quite good despite a few minor issues, and the multiplayer will keep FPS fans playing for months on end.- GamerNode

Overall this is a jam packed game that I would recommend to any PlayStation 2 owner. The retail price of only $29.99 is a complete steal. Even if you're not able to get online, the new camera angle along with the insane amount of extras is worth the price tag alone.- GamerNode
