Darksiders is a triumph in game design, a platform to build upon, and something everyone who truly loves video games should try, because you'll likely love it.

The expansion offers good singleplayer levels and great looking visuals, but the gameplay may feel old if you've played AoE III before. I'd still recommend it for RTS fans; just don't expect a classic.

Despite shortcomings and trying to fit into impossibly large shoes, RE5 is an undeniably enjoyable game, especially with a friend. RE's age of survival horror is sadly laid to rest, but the 3rd-person action taking its place is still worth playing.

With magnificent visuals, a ton of vehicles, and a beefy single and multiplayer experience, PGR4 is a great way to quench that speed demon thirst.

Altogether, Darkside Chronicles is a solid package with loads of content. The combat is satisfying, sprinkled with interesting boss fights and fun visual and gameplay tricks to keep the usually stale light gun formula fresh.

At its core, this game is very similar to the first adventure, but there are enough improvements to at least make THIS title your new addiction and give you a reason to (finally) set Disgaea on the shelf for a little while.

Is it the best SingStar yet? Easily. The addition of the SingStore and community sharing make this one of the better sequel updates in music gaming.

It's an odd fusion of the rhythm and strategy genres, but it all comes together so well that players can't help but to be drawn in and strike the drums over and over...and over.

Just Cause 2 does what so many other open-world games try to and usually end up missing the target. Its huge world, insane gameplay, and amazing visuals will keep you blowing stuff up into the wee hours of the morning and not even blinking an eye.

Ace Attorney is one of the best series on the DS, and this iteration is no exception. If you like the Phoenix Wright games, Miles Edgeworth will prove just as awesome.

It can't top the original, but BioShock 2 stands on its own as a great installment to a hopefully continuing series.

Trials and Tribulations is a great ending to the trilogy. The gameplay is no different and may have gotten easier, but it's easily the best plot yet in a Phoenix Game. The final case is the best case yet in the series.

Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock will have you addicted until Guitar Hero IV comes out, and I can guarantee that your money will not go to waste on this game.

The writing is good, the characters are great, and the destructible environment actually plays an integral role in the game, rather than just serving as a claim to place on a sticker to move copies at Wal-Mart.

For $20, there are plenty of options for any gamer-Greatest Hits and Platinum titles, for instance-but Capcom's collections are a welcome return to gaming's roots, and Vol. II outshines its predecessors in bringing once-forgotten games back into the spotlight.
