The biggest shake-up for Diablo IV since launch looks to be its best so far. Vessel of Hatred offers up a compelling story, a fun new class, and an exciting world to explore, all while sticking to the dark and gritty themes that worked so well for the main game.

This wonderfully engaging adventure combines the best features from classic Zelda games with several new mechanics from more recent entries. Developer Grezzo doesn't nail every aspect of the experience, but the neverending stream of fun puzzles and charming gameplay easily outshine the game's weaker points.

The Holy Gosh Darn is a solid adventure game that entertains from start to finish. The game has a consistently good flow, and avoids many of the typical pitfalls from the genre by letting the player experiment and play with different outcomes, without being able to make a significant number of mistakes.

Although the detailed management of endgame item production can be a little time-consuming for my taste, the performance could be better, and diplomacy could well be implemented in a more elegant way, the game offers complex systems that are rewarding to get into. I hope that we continue to see innovations in this niche from the developers behind Ara: History Untold.

It is a bit difficult to rate this game. Mechanically, this is a good game. The football fits like a shot, but if you bought last year's edition, I'm not quite sure if I can in good conscience recommend you buy this...EA Sports FC 25 is the best soccer game on the market, but primarily because there are no real alternatives.

The improvements that have been made are very good, and it is absolutely fantastic to be able to play this classic with such beautiful graphics as what Broken Sword Reforged offers. The new character animations are night and day compared to the original, and really show how much better these are than the 3D models used in newer games.

The Plucky Squire is thoroughly cosy, with characters, worlds and experiences that ooze charm.

Quidditch Champions is a solid continuation of the franchise, delivering fast-paced, free-form flying in fun, bite-sized matches.

Visions of Mana is not only a great experience and a wonderful game, it is quite possibly the best game in the Mana series.

Overall, we are left with one of the very best expansions the 20-year-old online game has received.

Astro Bot is incredibly charming and deeply nostalgic, all the while delivering creativity on par with some of the best Nintendo has to offer. There are a few minor hiccups along the way, but beneath it all there's an undeniable playfulness that will resonate with both new and old PlayStation fans alike.

A fantastic kick of adrenaline that mercilessly sends you into close combat with the enemy, and gives you all the tools you need to do it in style.

Black Myth: Wukong is great fun from start to finish, but lacks depth in its storytelling, combat and level design.

Playing as a scoundrel equipped only with cleverness and a laser gun is fun, and opens up a more charming role gallery than what we often encounter among the slightly more pompous Jedi Knights. However, this is not a game that reinvents the wheel. It builds on many familiar formulas, and seems to take a lot of inspiration from the Uncharted games in the way it plays.

Uneven dialogue and somewhat trivial activities drag down an otherwise great experience, but Dustborn's strength still lies in the quiet moments around the campfire and the interpersonal stories that unfold there.

Cat Quest III is a simple yet effective RPG, delivering plenty of great side quests and unique moments across the colorful Purribean.

The graphics are good, the matches are very good, the variation in play style is impeccable and there is plenty to do at any time. Even though there are obvious weaknesses and a slightly greedy shop.

Flock is simply a great deal of fun, largely thanks to its sizeable roster of weirdly interesting creatures — creatures that truly trigger the «gotta catch 'em all» mentality. Effortless controls and an amazing soundscape also contributes to make this one of the most surprising games of the year.

As long as you are prepared for some sluggish movement, Thalassa is a story-driven game that delivers where it counts most, with mysteries, characters and themes that make an impression.

All in all, this is another successful revamp from Nintendo, even if this isn't my personal favorite of the series. Luigi is charming as he shivers his way through the haunted houses while nervously humming the game's theme song. However, I miss a little more variety in the battles against the ghosts. It becomes a bit monotonous in the long run to simply flash them with the flashlight and then drag them in with the vacuum cleaner. This, combined with the fact that the flow of the game is interrupted by being taken out of the houses every fifteen minutes, puts a dampener on the engagement. However, this can be a matter of taste and preference. Otherwise, this is a good mix of low-key and child-friendly horror and slapstick humor that can probably entertain most people.

You can't help but notice that this game has a nice combination of sound and picture. Kunitsu-Gami is evocative and different, and well worth checking out for anyone missing new twists on the tower defense front.

Anger Foot promises and delivers shooting/kicking action at a furious pace. You don't have to sprint through each level, but the experience feels both more alive and more rewarding with the music at full blast and max pressure on the W key. If you are a fan of "speedrunning" and shooting games, this could be right up your alley. Lots of trial and error to sweep through levels as quickly and perfectly as you can. For those who don't like doing the same things over and over again, Anger Foot can quickly become tiresome. There are just a bit too many levels and far too many hopeless boss fights here. The convoluted solution for changing shoes - which gives you various advantages - is also extremely frustrating, but perhaps the developer can do something about that eventually.

Offering amounts and quality of content that makes previous FromSoftware DLCs pale in comparison, Shadow of the Erdtree is as challenging as it is beautiful, with a host of new characters, awesome weapons, and areas that beg you to explore and find them.

A well-composed horror experience that will perhaps be primarily remembered for its unique and compelling setting.

MultiVersus' current cast of characters is something truly special, and it's impossible to not be excited for what comes next. The fighting is less immediately appealing — though there is quite a lot of fun to be had here, the game simply doesn't come close to the explosive pace and superb feel of its main competitor.

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door is a good game, and has been given the revamp it deserves. Little has been tampered with the game's form and content, apart from slightly sharper graphics, a revamped soundtrack and some changes that make the experience of traveling between areas less frustrating.
