The second episode of the Cognition series is a big improvement of the first episode, with a more purposeful direction and less backtracking between locations. Erica's psychic powers also take on a more central part of overall gameplay, but could be given an even greater focus. Writing is also improved, with the developers clearly having a good grasp of what makes a psychological thriller such as this work well. Sadly, there's just too little of it to earn it a higher grade.- Gamer.no

Need for Speed Heat has a lot of fun ideas, intense police chases, an incredible look and great sense of speed. It does however lack something to make it stand out from the pack, and after the story's done, there's not much keeping me coming back for more.- Gamer.no

A game that tries present itself as a serious "eco thriller" but fails completely due to stupid, illogical puzzles, moronic characters and poor dialogues. Fans of puzzle-heavy Euro-adventures might find something to enjoy here, but most gamers should steer clear.- Gamer.no

John Carpenter's Toxic Commando is a decent zombie shooter, but it quickly gets old, and doesn't have the staying power of other games in the genre.- Gamer.no

Mousecraft is the lovechild of Tetris and Lemmings, although it's nowhere near as addicting. It's a creative idea, with fun mechanics, and well worth a try, but the difficulty goes up and down too rapidly, because the game introduces new mechanics a bit too often.- Gamer.no

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing is surprisingly entertaining, and it deserves to be played by those looking for a good adventure. It’s visually beautiful and well written. NeoCore Games has been able to create an amazing atmosphere worthy of a monster hunter game. On the other hand, the game doesn’t provide us with anything new or breathtaking, but it does offer waves and waves of enemies, a lot of loot to find and huge maps to explore.- Gamer.no

FIFA 21 is a good, but simple enhancement. Everything is at its right place: FUT, Volta and the other game modes are as they should be, with small adjustments. The career mode has gotten the most attention, and it shows.- Gamer.no

Gotham City Impostors is a fun and different first-person shooter with a lot of ambition. It stands out from the crowd, and has enjoyable and casual gameplay. There are some issues with matchmaking that made the experience a bit tedious, but I'm sure these will be sorted out soon.- Gamer.no

The air runs out of the balloon long before the game’s end, and by comparison, Romeo is a Dead Man feels like exactly what came before: a game trapped 20 years back in time.- Gamer.no

Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs is a pretty good game, with a well written story, good voice acting, an atmospheric musical score, suitably varied and eerie environments, and quite a few stomach churning and downright creepy moments. It never gets boring or frustrating, and there are no passages in particular that qualify as less than enjoyable. Unfortunately, though, it’s just not that scary. And that’s quite the let down for a horror game.- Gamer.no

One of the strongest games in the series. Paris is beautifully remade on an impressive scale and with attention to detail. Arno is a decent lead, making good use of the improved combat and parkour in the game. Unity has hours upon hours of content, some varied and some repetitive, but all in all a very good open-world game.- Gamer.no

Final Fantasy Tactics is one of the deepest, most engrossing strategy RPGs of all time, but the iPhone is far and away the worst device to experience it on. The sluggish performance and blurry visuals of Square's iOS port make the steep price tag very hard to swallow.- Gamer.no

Destiny: Rise of Iron follows in the footsteps of its expansion predecessor. It maintains the already polished gameplay and desire for better loot, but the continued lack of depth, both in characters, story and general mission structure, stops Rise of Iron from becoming the game-changer The Taken King became one year ago.- Gamer.no

In this year's Pro Cycling Manager, the graphics engine has gotten a complete overhaul, giving us both very beautiful and realistic environments. The core gameplay stays the same, as you lead your team through exciting cycling triumphs. Though mostly a game for cycling fans, PCM Season 2010 can offer many hours of entertainment.- Gamer.no

Until Dawn: Rush of Blood is a good rail shooter, with interesting environments and plenty of scares. Just like its predecessor however, the horror relies too heavy on jump scares, making the experience feel predictable and somewhat cheap over all.- Gamer.no

While The Cave doesn't succeed as a pure platformer, it certainly makes up for that with charm and humor The character specific areas are great and somewhat manages to undermine the fact that the main tasks have to be repeated three times for you to see everything the game has to offer.- Gamer.no

Dead or Alive 6 has a lot going for it – solid combat mechanics and an incredible tutorial mode being the elements that stands out the most – but overall it feels a little too bland and lacking in content to stand out in the sea of great fighting games of yesteryear.- Gamer.no

Never Alone is a game overflowing with history, but its strong focus on storytelling sadly impacts negatively on the gameplay. Several mechanics feel frustrating and unpolished, however the overall impression is somewhat lifted by the thorough introduction into the traditions and culture of the Iñupiat people.- Gamer.no
