Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 looks like it mostly targets the fans of the anime. There's nothing wrong with the presentation, long story mode, roster of available fighters and attainable extras. However, the lousy gameplay and lack of challenge take most of the fun out of it.- Gamer.nl

Fat Princess: Fistful of Cake is the younger, fatter sister of the PS3-version from last year. Unfortunately she inherited almost all of the same flaws that plagued her older sister. The replayability of the game depends on how many people will actually keep playing the game online. Sweet and tasty at first, but it won’t take long until you’ve had enough.- Gamer.nl

Nintendo successfully adds another dimension to Picross. Thinking in three dimensions takes some getting used to, but after a while you can create the most beautiful figures from the grey blocks.- Gamer.nl

Dead to Rights: Retribution might not be particularly bad in a certain aspect, but it’s so mediocre and uninspired that there is no valid reason to spend your time on it.- Gamer.nl

Nier is as awesome as it is obscure. A game that will be hated by simpletons for its bold approach to the action-rpg genre, and loved by anyone in their right mind for exactly the same reason. The oddly loveable cast, the myriad of different gameplay-concepts (ranging from old school to sheer genius) and the awesome soundtrack make Nier into a roughly hewn diamond, brilliantly shining as the surprise of the year.- Gamer.nl

We thought Street Fighter IV was it. We thought it couldn’t get any better. We thought wrong. The greatest fighting game ever just got better, and kicks its former self’s ass. It feels complete, and the fact that we weren’t really missing anything last time around says it all. Farmer Capcom has gotten better at milking the Street Fighter cow, adding nutrients and flavor to an already delicious dairy product. Yes Capcom, we forgive you…this time.- Gamer.nl

An excellent football game that even excels FIFA 10 in some ways. But in the end this is still a basic version of that game and together with a few rough edges it keeps the game from becoming truly fantastic.- Gamer.nl

Dark Fall: Lost Souls proves that the point-and-click genre hasn’t met his demise yet. Thankfully passionate individuals like Jonathan Boakes create games like this in their spare time. Lost Souls may not be of the same high quality as the other two entries in the series, but it still is a must-have for people with a weak for a good horror story and old fashioned point-and-click games.- Gamer.nl

Monster Hunter Tri is seriously addictive. You keep on looking for the best weapons and it feels like a reward when you find something better. Then there are the fantastic online options, where four hunters can bring down a big monster. The only downsides are the rough edges, like the sometimes tricky controls and basic animation.- Gamer.nl

Conviction manages to make stealth a mass market feature. Mark and execute is a fantastic addition. The co-op missions are the highlight of the game. It’s just too bad the singleplayer lacks big, open missions like in the old games.- Gamer.nl

The PSP-version of Blood Bowl is a decent port of the PC-version and is more focused and streamlined compared to its predecessor. This goes at the cost of a few game options, but except for the online-multiplayer these will hardly be missed.- Gamer.nl

Prison Break is a disappointment on all fronts. The fighting system has been badly implanted and the presentation is lacklustre. The only redeeming features are the sneaking around and the development of the plot, but it’s not enough to keep this game from falling flat on it’s face. Someone throw the keys away.- Gamer.nl

Sakura Wars is quite a strange beast. The combination of the fighting and keeping up social contacts, paired with the familiar Japanese graphical style, makes for an interesting mix. Even though it's far from perfect, this game keeps on surprising.- Gamer.nl

The fun you can get from Do It Yourself is totally dependent on the effort you want to put into making your own minigames. If you only want to play the little games, you can find much better games in the WarioWare series. But if you love making your own games, you'll find yourself engrossed in this game for weeks.- Gamer.nl

Just Cause 2 is the ultimate transition of the explosion-filled, stunt-heavy blockbuster action movie to the videogames medium. The spectacular grappling hook action takes place on the beautiful, humongous fictional island state of Pauna. The few flaws don’t hurt the overall experience at all.- Gamer.nl

After twelve hours of gameplay you can put Red Steel 2 to rest, because there's no multiplayer here. Still, in those twelve hours you've experience a challenging adventure with impressive sword controls and wonderful graphics. It's not perfect, but it has never been so much fun to become a samurai.- Gamer.nl

The king of the motorsport makes a fine comeback. Thanks to the focus on arcade gameplay the game is fun to play, but the presentation is lacking and fans looking for realism should search for it elsewhere.- Gamer.nl

Rooms: The Main Building not only suffers from a terrible name, but also from a bad storyline, blurry graphics and a lingering difficulty that stays easy for way too long. It has some good ideas gameplay-wise, but they will present themselves long after you've put this game down.- Gamer.nl

Supreme Commander 2 shows that RTS-games can work on a console. The graphics aren’t on par with the PC-version, but in exchange you get an overall smooth experience. It’s a shame that the already empty multiplayer can’t compensate for the short and easy singleplayer on the Xbox 360, because an AI just can’t replace human competition.- Gamer.nl

The updated graphics cannot mask that this classic hasn’t aged gracefully. Although Perfect Dark remains a good shooter and it feels fantastic to play this game without drops in the framerate, time has moved on since the release of this game.- Gamer.nl

Command & Conquer 4 will be subject to some heavy discussion. Although the multiplayer is entertaining, the radical change in gameplay will alienate old-time fans of the series with the game. Nevertheless the game offers enough to keep you playing, mainly because of the addicting level system.- Gamer.nl
