Battlefield Heroes is obviously aimed at the casual gamer. It won't satisfy hardcore gamers as its simplicity and gameplay limitations cause a lot of frustration.

Lord of the Rings: War in the North has a good story which is intertwined with the original saga, but it isn't a good game. Repetitive hack and slash action, a low difficulty level and a lot of small errors prevent it from being any better. Even though it doesn't pose much of a challenge it is still fun enough to play through the adventure with two other players.

With a game like Samba de Amigo you expect some maracas, but instead you’re playing with your Wii-mote. Add somewhat disappointing graphics and you'll get a game that you only want to play if you have some friends over. Drunken friends that is.

Mothership Zeta has some big pros and cons. The content it delivers is meager and gives the idea that they could have done a lot more with the variation in locations. The atmosphere and humor partly make up for this. Overall this mothership has become a place where you can enjoy yourself for a couple of hours, but because of its linear nature Mothership Zeta never comes close to the qualities of the main game.

Namco Museum Virtual Arcade offers a lot of games for a low price, but it doesn't feel as if Namco thought the whole thing through when they assembled the compilation. Classic meets crap meets classic meets crap.

Darksiders Genesis feels like a B game. There is nothing wrong with that and it also justifies the lower price. Yet we would have liked a little more balance and urgency.

Sacrifices have been made that really don’t give Dead Space 3 much to show for. Previous installments knew how to grasp onto players with the harrowing but tight gameplay, but in Dead Space 3 only the latter of these aspects remain standing. Along with the coöp those elements barely save the game, because other than that it feels like an illogical, bland and weak experience. Dead Space 3 is a game that doesn’t know what it wants to be and the player suffers for it.

The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 is big, even for this genre. The length comes from the classic, old gameplay which is a disappointment. Other point-and-clicks did modernize. The story is funny, but the characters are uninteresting and the dialogue sections are way too long.

Eyepet delivers a cute and touchable critter right on your screen. But when the initial surprise is over, a very minimal game that lacks any form of challenge remains. The special features, like making your own drawings come to live in 3D, show that there is potential for much more in the future. At this moment though it's fun for children, but only if someone is there to solve the abundant control problems.

The game means well but comes short in many ways. The simple graphics showing off peaceful backdrops combined with some relaxing music are the highlight of the experience, but the combat is too simple and boring and there’s too big of an emphasis on it. Plenty of good ideas that players don’t need to use during the game. A shame, really.

If we had to give Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World an award, it will probably be an award for putting almost the entire storyline of Dragon Ball Z into this game. Too bad that besides the compelling storyline the game also has its share of really bad mini-games. They are in fact so terrible that they takeaway a lot of the fun. Fans of the series will have no problem liking this game, the rest will probably find it a bit too difficult.

Strangely it is a true pleasure to see FC Barcelona-esque combinations on your iPhone. There is no better soccer game available on the mobile devices, but EA Sports does make Ultimate Team a messy game that does not motivate you to build that star team.

Kicking your friends ass is no longer a forbidden dream. With Facebreaker you can upload a photo of your friend or foe and start kicking the crap out of them. Sadly the game lacks a balanced singleplayer mode and offers little fighting pleasure if your on your own. But we see a bright future for Facebreaker 2.

Thanks to the co-op mode, the character building set and the item combining, Blue Dragon: Awakened Shadow is different from the other games in the franchise. But it doesn't exactly stand out from other RPG's. Because of the lack of any ground-breaking elements, it feels like we've all played this one before.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood disappoints because Wolfenstein 2 was much more than a good shooting game. Youngblood is not. Though there are enough moments where the fast gameplay impresses and the co-op entertains, the game disappoints in almost everything else.

It's no secret that Afro Samurai aims for the anime-fan. If you're new to the series, then you will have a hard time figuring out what the story is all about. Off course, if you're a fan of Afro, you won't. The only question remains if newcomers will accept the lousy camera and unbalanced fighting system.

The biggest fans of Bakugan might not be bothered with this game’s many flaws, but the average gamer won’t have a lot of fun playing Battle Brawlers. After a promising start, the game starts to get boring very fast. The repetitive and frustrating minigames don’t help either, but the worst offender is the fighting itself: it should be the highlight of the game but it’s over in a blink.

The PSP-version of Blood Bowl is a decent port of the PC-version and is more focused and streamlined compared to its predecessor. This goes at the cost of a few game options, but except for the online-multiplayer these will hardly be missed.

50 Cent: Blood on the Sand doesn't take itself too seriously and never tries to be anything more than easy entertainment. If you look at the game in this perspective, then you'll have no problem in liking the game. Especially when you're playing it with a friend. But there are a few things missing, like a splitscreen and an online mode. Or a high difficulty setting. Making the game far from perfect for the experienced gamer.

Micro Machines is a mediocre try to lure that nostalgic gamer back to the franchise. The difficult controls and the lack of content however make this game only fun for just a short while.

The Pikmin are as cute as ever, but this RTS does not really fit in 2D like this. Hey! Pikmin simply does not challenge the brain, which makes this spin-off just an easy to play platformer instead of something bigger.

The Legend of Legacy takes an extremely thought through fighting system and does not do anything special with it. It is cute, but truly difficult and it takes a lot of perseverance and patience to continue playing this game, which does not really reward you for your hard work.

Ratchet & Clank: QForce shows that hybrids of different games hardly ever work well. The attempt at uniting tower defense- and platform-action, only works in the competitive multiplayer. This combination only limits the rest of the game.

    Wet
Wet is off to a great start. The Grind house-movie-flavor works and the music is upbeat. The first four hours fly by thanks to the gameplay and a very nice looking Ruby. But after that, it gets repetitive. There's a lack of variation and challenge. When you die, you don't get the feeling it's your fault. And at the end, you get into a boss fight that's a real disappointment. Wet is a game that really entertains for a while and after that doesn't offer enough. This makes the game ideal to pick up when the price drops, to complete it on a rainy Sunday.
