Jedi: Fallen Order does not reinvent Star Wars. But what it does, it does really well. The story, however, could be bolder.

I'm torn from afterparty. On the one hand, the crazy characters, along with funny dialogues and completely ridiculous story are an absolute genre highlight. On the other hand, however, what you do in the game is just too much limited. The drink feature is a really funny gimmick, but there is not much depth. Moreover, apart from the decisions on which of the two options you choose, there is not really much to do.

Infinity Ward has done a good job, and luckily the game breathes the atmosphere and class of the first trilogy in many areas.

The control, however, has more B-movie quality. The key mapping made sure that I would have hurled my controller against some of the boss fights against the wall. Although I got used to it over time, it would have been even better if the keys had been assigned differently from the start.

I was already skeptical when announcing the remake of MediEvil. Can the PS1 classic keep up with modern titles with its rather shallow Hack & Slay gameplay? Unfortunately, the answer is a clear "no" - at least for those who did not play the original.

In the quest design and the RPG mechanics, The Outer Worlds is a bit too solid and well-known. Yes, I had a lot of fun and actually got exactly what I expected - but a little more courage to innovate would certainly not have hurt the game. But what is not, can still come. The basis for many more exciting adventures in the Halcyon colony are laid.

Sure: Due to the weaker hardware, the switch version suffers from blemishes and technical problems that are more noticeable on the TV than on the small screen of the switch. But the great charm of The Witcher 3 ignites anyway in handheld mode.

The controls and menus have been cleverly and thoughtfully adapted to the gamepad. I'm happy to be able to form my very own ice dystopia on the sofa as a despot or a kind guru.
