Dead Rising belongs to a different era, characterized by abundant experimentation. This is a game that thrives on intricacies, like its highly punishing time limits for completing even the main missions. It remains a unique zombie game with the potential to offer an unforgettable experience.

An edition packed with extras compared to the original Wii release and with tons of gore, humor and that "grindhouse" style that we love.

With Showdown Codemasters makes a 180 degrees turn towards the American audience. Itʼs not a bad game by no means, but itʼs also not a "DiRT" game.

If you can find friends to create a team and battle your way online, then the new game from the team that brought us Motorstorm and Driveclub is ideal for you. Just don’t try Onrush on your own because you’ll be massively disappointed.

X-Morph: Defense is a game that manages to translate in a satisfactory way to the Nintendo Switch, bringing the clash between the forces of Aliens and the people of Earth on the go. It should be noted, though, that this version of the game does not offer something new to old players, as it lacks features that enforce replayability and faces problems that result from poor development. X-Morph: Defense is a diamond for the Switch, only rough and unrefined.

Carly and the Reaperman is a great VR couch co-op experience that is based on communication and co-operation, which means that it’s a game that you will have a lot of fun if you play it with a friend. With its low price point and many hours of content we can safely recommend it for PSVR owners who enjoy puzzle platforming games.

While the similarities with Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments are clear in every aspect of the game, Hercule Poirot’s newest outing simply cannot reach the same standards as that game. There are interesting things here, but once more the Agatha Christie series stays on the same average levels as it has been since 2005, hampered further by a distinct step back on the graphics.

Jack Move is almost a curiosity. A JPRG that is barely reaching the 8-hour mark, but at the same time it’s built exactly for that short length. A pocket sized JRPG then for the fans of the genre which may want a short break from the 20, 30, 80 hours epic journeys.

Lost Eidolons provides an unexpectedly interesting storyline, which remains engrossing until the end. Some wrinkles appear in both the audio and visual presentation, but these does not deter much from the core of the experience, which is none other than the gameplay.

It's perfectly clear that Milestone isn't trying in the slightest to take any risks in the newest sequel of Ride. it certainly provides a thrilling driving experience but the rest of the package is rapidly falling behind, be it in terms of visuals or content.

The Stone of Madness is a worthy addition to Commandos-esque strategy games. Its old monastery setting enhances the stealth gameplay and diverse cast of characters. While its difficulty can sometimes be frustrating and the design lacks variety, its beautiful visuals and macabre aesthetic more than make up for these shortcomings.

Another year, another MotoGP title that refuses to take any significant steps toward improving the experience. The graphics feel more obsolete with each annual release, while the content remains limited. The physics engine is still excellent, but it’s no longer enough to compensate for the lack of meaningful progress.

The arcade style gameplay -as well as the few available modes- may alienate some of the franchise's old fans, but that doesn't mean WWE All Stars lacks the quality and enjoyment that define THQ's games.

Cindered Shadows brings the Three Houses’ Expansion Pass content to a definite conclusion, but without a bang. While its additions to the main campaign are somehow welcoming, the new story chapter is short and bland. Long-time fans of the series can be happy and excited with the challenging gameplay that has been a trademark of the series, but the overall quality of Cindered Shadows might not be enough to justify a Pass purchase, except to the players willing to experience all of the content Three Houses can offer.

Heavy Rain is still a good game with an interesting story, despite the fact that It was originally released 10 years ago. Tainted Grail builds an excellent lore foundation, offering a vast canvas of intriguing quests and quirky characters in a bleak setting that never forgets its sense of humor. Exploration and diverse character building serve as the glue holding the experience together. Then comes Act 3, almost bringing the entire experience down, as it feels like this part of the game is still stuck in (very) early access.

In the genre of top-down action games there are far more competent choices. Ruiner seems to be over the top hard just for the sake of being hard, neglecting in the process to incorporate satisfying melee or shooting gameplay. Moreover, it may have the looks, thanks to the use of Unreal Engine 4, but its factory focused environments are extremely tiresome.

Although Get Even has a lot of pieces missing to be called a great game, it surely is one that worth the attention of players who like linear psychological horror games. It might not be the best in the genre, but it is clearly a great first try from Farm 51.
