Luigi’s Mansion for the Nintendo 3DS is an overall decent port of the original. The fact that Grezzo worked on it guarantees that the final product is respectful towards what the original developers made seventeen years ago. Many new additions and improvements, alongside the fact that the 3D effect is giving us the impression of a 17-year old definitive edition are more than enough for newcomers to the series to give it a shot, yet might fail veteran players who have tried everything the game could give and are expecting something entirely new.

Princess Peach: Showtime! closely follows the footsteps of its predecessor, Super Princess Peach. While it provides a unique opportunity to play with a beloved Nintendo character, the entire adventure remains overshadowed by the more well crafted Mario games.

Romeo is a Dead Man is unmistakably a Suda51 game, bursting with creativity, absurdity, satire, and unapologetic eccentricity. The classic Shakespearean tragedy is reimagined as a surreal sci-fi adventure that may stumble at times with uneven pacing and repetitive enemies, but ultimately overcomes its flaws through bombastic, over-the-top action and sheer, unfiltered craziness.

The excellent handling and the immense realism that Battle of Stalingrad offers, manages to balance out the poor single player campaign and some of its design flaws.

Hollowbody tries hard to reach the heights of the Silent Hill series but several issues holds it back. Its eccentric camera use only often leads to frustration, the visuals are lackluster and the combat system is highly derivative. While a few scenes effectively capture the game's horror aesthetic, they are not enough to create a memorable experience.

Ride on the Edge 2 is a well crafted, enjoyable and unique motorcycle racer, but KT Games needs to lower the difficulty and make it accessible to more players if they have any intentions in continuing this franchise.

Soul Hackers may have been a great game when it was originally released on the SEGA Saturn, but this 3DS port cannot live up to modern gaming standards and will only appeal to old-school jrpg fans.

de Blob 2 is by all means an enjoyable game, one that will keep younger gamers happy and probably their parents too. But that constant repetition will quickly - and surely - wear the fun off.

Still Wakes the Deep may clock in just around 5-6 hours, but it could still benefit from cutting some of its length. The second half treads into repetitiveness due to its simplistic platforming and predictable stealth sequences. Nevertheless, it handles the horror aspect very well, and its realistic and believable dialogue overcomes its shortcomings.

Fire Emblem Warriors offers a great mix of the “warriors” gameplay and the interesting characters and beautiful art direction from the universe of the Fire Emblem series.

Although the new Syndicate has very few to no ties with the legendary game from the '90s, it's a solid FPS, with great atmosphere and some very interesting gameplay mechanics.

At first it looks very promising with the concept of the continuous evolution of the technology creating anticipation, but in the end what we get is a problematic platformer plagued with lack of imagination and a disappointing final world.

Techland significantly improved every single aspect of Dead Island’s spiritual successor. On top of the graphical, story and fighting improvements, comes the excellent addition of parkour, offering new and exciting vertical gameplay possibilities.

The gameplay in John Wick Hex definitely captures the essence of the impressive choreography seen in the movies, albeit with some caveats. Namely the animation variety is very restricted and, in some cases, seems a bit incomplete. Moreover, the abilities of John Wick are a bit limited and remain as such throughout the game. Nevertheless, it still remains a clever twist in the turn-based genre, by letting the action unfold simultaneously for both our character and the enemies, creating some quite challenging combat scenarios with unexpected depth to them.

A welcoming remaster that offers fun platforming and well-realized voice-overs. It may not leave a lasting mark on the genre, but it will certainly keep fans entertained.

The price tag is quite absurd, but you can't ignore the high quality EA Sports can offer in its football games and this quality is present here.

The great graphics, nice - interconnected between the characters - story mode and enjoyable fighting system make Team Ninja's latest game a worthy contender for the title of the genre.
