Ubisoft have done almost everything right with Cloudy. It’s not a game that re-invents the genre by any means, but it’s an enjoyable romp that never overstays its welcome.- GameFocus

Overall, the DLC is still short. One can blow through all the quests in two and a half hours. That being said, gamers who played Fable II, beat it, and enjoyed it, but ultimately shelved it after one play-through won’t find anything compelling enough to bring them back. Contrastingly, Fable II nuts will find a good excuse to jump back into one of the gems of 2008, and get a glimpse, albeit a short one, into what’s in store for the Fable universe.- GameFocus

A welcome surprise and a nice break from the story-heavy and highly cinematic games that have come out in the past few months. This game is the definition of gameplay over presentation, and it’s all the better for it.- GameFocus

NHL 2K11 is incredibly different from it's new competitor. It's much more sim-centric and has all the features that hardcore fans could possibly want. Which makes it somewhat disappointing that the motion controls - the selling point for the console - came off so poorly.- GameFocus

Even with fairly long Career mode and single console Multiplayer option, Arcade Darts feels too cheap for any real enjoyment. Those who already enjoy playing Darts will rather play the real-life version. At the same time, those who are unfamiliar with the sport would be better off simply watching others play the real thing then trying to enjoy this poorly implemented iteration.- GameFocus

And the issues with Bloodstone reach further than just a hard to grasp plot. Both the driving and the shooting suffer from a distinct lack of polish.- GameFocus

If there was a series that could really use a reboot, reinvention or a break Dynasty Warriors should be it. The series has been doing the same thing over and over again for so long and it’s not doing enough to entice new players to the series.- GameFocus

Crystal Defenders R1 is a real disappointment for a number of reasons. The Ivalice World is one of the great aspects of Square Enix’s Final Fantasy series and this game does absolutely nothing to add to that world. The limited amount of maps, units and challenge added to the fact that this is only the first part of a larger game only strengthen the reasons not to spend 800 Wii Points.- GameFocus

Blacklight: Tango Down has positioned itself in the precarious spot of being an XBLA game that wants to be a full release. I can't fault Zombie for being ambitious, but this is what ultimately leads to the game's failures.- GameFocus

Rayman 3D's target audience - i.e those who actually played "The Great Escape" and fell in love with the lengthy campaign and overall presentation - will pick it up without hesitation. As for those who never-NEVER got to play it, I think it would be best to wait until the price drops of a few bucks...like 20-30 dollars.- GameFocus

An new take on the fiction, a genre I thoroughly enjoy, and a designed-for-co-op experience; this should have been a home run. But, robotic animations, sometimes bland voice work, invisible walls and ignorant enemy AI sucked much of the life out of it.- GameFocus

This review might feel like a complaint towards THQ. It is but not entirely. Truth is: MX vs ATV Alive isn't only fun but also addictive and well-worth the $40 price of entrance. However, those who have been enjoying the heck out of Reflex will feel like someone punch them in the gut.- GameFocus

Ubisoft deserves credit for its effort to create a different skating experience. Bending rails and ramps in succession feels like being on a morphing rollercoaster ride, and the shifting cityscape is a treat for the eyes. Unfortunately the rest of the game plays it safe with missions and features one could find in any other skating title.- GameFocus

With a forgettable story, bland characters and a huge sense of déjà-vu, Namco’s re-envisioning of its precious Dead to Rights franchise manages to keep you afloat, but never elevates your level of excitement beyond just treading water.- GameFocus

Another movie tie-in game, another poor title. Weapons of Fate had the potential to be a great game as the bullet curve system is very unique and fun to use. However, the game suffers from repetitive gameplay and barely serviceable graphics. In essence, the game doesn’t leave you wanting more – it leaves you wanting an entirely new game altogether.- GameFocus

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is a game that one should only buy if they are an absolute die-hard Transformers fan and must have it for their collection along with their Optimus Prime underwear and Bumble Bee lunch box. Facebreaker is a hard title to rate. It’s lacks the depth of a fighter, the skill of a boxing title, and the super cheap AI can and will put most people off. Yet, the gameplay is so fast and furious, it does have the potential to be fun. Add a few friends to the mix, and you’ve got a reason to at least rent it for a weekend.- GameFocus

There’s more good than bad in MLB 2K9. While the experience has been brought down to a certain level of easiness, there’s still a lot of things that make the game frustrating and tiresome. MLB 2K9 is a great improvement over last years’ game and made me want to spend a few quality hours on it. Sadly, making a “baseball game for dummies” won’t make the games better if they keep changing the recipe and trying come up with ways to be the big boy in town…I think this is what hurts the game the most.- GameFocus
