Randomness issues excepted, Star Rush brilliantly charged at the main flaw of Mario Party - the slow pace - thanks to a simultaneous turn, while adding some strategy along the way through the boards' architecture, allies and clever amiibo integration.

Children of Arkham picks up where Real of Shadows left off and offers an experience just as enjoyable. The game rewrites Batman's mythology in a clever way and at one point allows the player to chose between playing as Batman and playing as Bruce Wayne. If things keep going this way, Batman: The Telltale Series could very well become one of the best Batman games ever made.

Virginia is between a movie and video game, and it's not totally one or the other. It offers nice music and a good atmosphere, but not enough gameplay or interactions.

LASTFIGHT is a good "fighting party game". It's fun to play it with friends, but the game suffers a missing online mode, despite it's strong artistic direction, inspired by the famous french comic LASTMAN.

Touhou Genso Rondo Bullet Ballet is an original mix of shoot'em up and fighting game. The gameplay is fun and sharp, but there's a lack of content and uncharted online servers.

A good episode delivering a large environment, a quite long mission, lots of NPC - not as bright as they should be - and some good opportunities to shine as a silent assassin and enjoy it.

2K crew did a great job in making NBA 2K17 even more indispensable than the previous one and to restrain any alternative offer.

Even if a few additions (on free kicks and corners) won't feel really exciting, FIFA 17 clearly brings the franchise to a higher level with some great gameplay possibilities, great visuals and huge content to keep players coming back.

Forza Horizon 3 is a fantastic racing game. It may look close to its predecessor, but its new features and new Australian open-world setting offer so much variety, and so much fun, it would be a huge mistake to miss it.

ReCore has a good artistic direction and nice gameplay... during the first 3 hours. After that, the story loses you, the action is repetitive, the game become suddenly difficult as hell, and you can't stand those loooooong loading times any longer.

The Solus Project is a mix between wonderment and disappointment. The artistic direction is awesome and the atmosphere has been fine tuned, but the survival mechanics are not deep enough.

Project Diva X keeps the same very good gameplay, but the playlist is short and there are no more musical clips.

A truly pleasant follow-up to PES 2016. With a few new tactical features and some refinements in terms of gameplay, PES 2017 succeeds in delivering a strong soccer experience to those who love that sport. Even without bringing truly fresh ideas to the formula it is definitely a strong entry in the series.

Like an old magical book, the dust just needed to be wiped off carefully to reawaken Dragon Quest VII's huge power. And that's exactly what ArtePiazza did, illuminating this world remelted through the third dimension, while multiple gameplay adjustments provide a more fluid experience. Fragments of the Past also kept very conservative traditions, hence embarking on such a long journey with so ancient - though proven - equipment demands real commitment. But by taking its time to tell the story, this generous episode delivers a sense of freedom, mystery, then a deep feeling of accomplishment at the end, treasures that are still rare these days.

As expected, Just Sing is The Just Dance of karaoke games. It doesn't care about precision or performance. It's just here to let people have fun on some popular songs, with the possibility to make some quite hilarious videos.

The Tomorrow Children is an excellent game. It offers a very original concept but never forgets to be rich, deep and addictive.

Nuka World is an enjoyable expansion with a lot of new content for Fallout 4 addicts. The Nuka Cola Theme Park is a fantastic location, which makes us regret that there a too many action-related quests and not enough roleplay and talking.

Mother Russia Bleeds is a very good beat'em all with an original gameplay and a great retro artistic direction.

Madden NFL 17 retained its must play title status among sport games. Small progress was expected but this new episode is full of convincing novelties such as its new easier gameplay and its "Franchise" mode.

This first DOOM DLC offers 3 nice maps, but nothing more interesting. It may be a good idea to wait for some Steam sales.

The legend is still in there, but the remaster is so lazy.

Legend of the Skyfish is a very nice adventure game for iOS, which is inspired by Zelda games in a good way.

A superb WoW extension, one of the greatest so far, fully packed with new content and new possibilities.

God Eater 2 Rage Burst is quite a good Monster Hunter Like, with good gameplay and RPG mechanics, all that in an original universe... but its graphics and sound are really bad.

Metroid Prime Federation Force can be fun in multiplayer, but it still has big flaws and will certainly disappoint Metroid fans.

Assetto Corsa is a fantastic racing sim in terms of gameplay and sensations, but it lacks a bit of content right now, and suffers some graphics issues on consoles.

If you were a Kick Off fan (or still are), you will probably find what you expected: a truly difficult game to master, faithful to its roots and that doesn't want you to feel assisted. If you're not familiar with the series, you'll first notice poor visuals and lack of content. But if you take some time to master, you sure can have some good fun.
