This episode won't disappoint fans. Even if there's only one new element added to the mechanics, the formula is still efficient, thanks to great writing and characters, and some solid visuals and audio.

Dragon Quest Builders is not exactly a Minecraft-like, it uses some of its mechanics to make an hybrid experience between RPG and builder genres. The result is interesting in the story mode, but unfortunately it lacks possibilities in the free mode.

PlayStation VR Worlds offers 5 different VR games that let us see what will be coming soon, thanks to VR, but all of them are frustrating for different reasons. The London Heist and Scavenger's Odyssey are very nice experiences that are really too short, VR Luge offers good speed sensations but is quickly boring, Danger Ball is a fun VR Pong without multiplayer, and Ocean Descent offers no interactions at all.

Rise of the Tomb Raider will not be as memorable as the first reboot, because it's doing quite the same things without taking much risks, but it's still a really great game and a very complete one with the addition of the PlayStation VR chapter.

Mafia III lacks seriousness to become a boss in the open-world action game genre. It sure has a very interesting setting and its scenario is efficient, thanks to some amazing cut scenes. But it just doesn't feel like it's a finished game in terms of visuals, and its mechanics tend to be just too repetitive. Too bad.

Until Dawn: Rush of Blood is one of the best PlayStation VR launch games. It offers simple but efficient gameplay, a strong atmosphere... and can be really terrifying at times.

Ever wanted to know what it's like to be Batman? If that's the case, Batman: Arkham VR is a great place to start. In this surprisingly dark game, you have to solve a mystery using Batman's tool and gadgets. If you're a fan of Batman who has access to a PlayStation VR, you should really give Rocksteady's experience a chance.

Gears of War fans can finally breathe a sigh of relief: Gears of War 4 is truly a worthy sequel to the first trilogy. The Coalition managed to create a game that is both faithful to what made Gears Gears all the while adding new gameplay ideas and expanding the GoW mythos.

Aragami is a good stealth game, with a nice use of the shadow zones. The narration is good, the visuals too, but the game suffers some technical issues.

Color Splash sure smells like fresh paint, but such a large fresco takes some time to spread as a whole. The high definition lets Paper Mario unfold spectacular artistic and narrative fantasies, while concealing the rather flat, artificial framework. And beyond the exhilarating practice of "hammer brushing", the extensive support of cards add a layer of strategy to the gameplay, slightly heavier though. Intelligent Systems still displays a masterful use of the design palette, picking just a few drops of action, platform and RPG to create its own tone for this stupendously magnificent story.

Randomness issues excepted, Star Rush brilliantly charged at the main flaw of Mario Party - the slow pace - thanks to a simultaneous turn, while adding some strategy along the way through the boards' architecture, allies and clever amiibo integration.

Children of Arkham picks up where Real of Shadows left off and offers an experience just as enjoyable. The game rewrites Batman's mythology in a clever way and at one point allows the player to chose between playing as Batman and playing as Bruce Wayne. If things keep going this way, Batman: The Telltale Series could very well become one of the best Batman games ever made.

LASTFIGHT is a good "fighting party game". It's fun to play it with friends, but the game suffers a missing online mode, despite it's strong artistic direction, inspired by the famous french comic LASTMAN.

Touhou Genso Rondo Bullet Ballet is an original mix of shoot'em up and fighting game. The gameplay is fun and sharp, but there's a lack of content and uncharted online servers.

A good episode delivering a large environment, a quite long mission, lots of NPC - not as bright as they should be - and some good opportunities to shine as a silent assassin and enjoy it.

Even if a few additions (on free kicks and corners) won't feel really exciting, FIFA 17 clearly brings the franchise to a higher level with some great gameplay possibilities, great visuals and huge content to keep players coming back.

Forza Horizon 3 is a fantastic racing game. It may look close to its predecessor, but its new features and new Australian open-world setting offer so much variety, and so much fun, it would be a huge mistake to miss it.

ReCore has a good artistic direction and nice gameplay... during the first 3 hours. After that, the story loses you, the action is repetitive, the game become suddenly difficult as hell, and you can't stand those loooooong loading times any longer.

A truly pleasant follow-up to PES 2016. With a few new tactical features and some refinements in terms of gameplay, PES 2017 succeeds in delivering a strong soccer experience to those who love that sport. Even without bringing truly fresh ideas to the formula it is definitely a strong entry in the series.

Like an old magical book, the dust just needed to be wiped off carefully to reawaken Dragon Quest VII's huge power. And that's exactly what ArtePiazza did, illuminating this world remelted through the third dimension, while multiple gameplay adjustments provide a more fluid experience. Fragments of the Past also kept very conservative traditions, hence embarking on such a long journey with so ancient - though proven - equipment demands real commitment. But by taking its time to tell the story, this generous episode delivers a sense of freedom, mystery, then a deep feeling of accomplishment at the end, treasures that are still rare these days.
