    A very well-done game.

Its grimy characters, seedy underbelly of futuristic Poland, and uncomfortably bizarre storylines combine to make some of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had in gaming. It may be a little unorthodox, but it’s executed fantastically. If you’re looking to be simultaneously terrified and intrigued, you need to spend a few days with Daniel Lazarski as an Observer.

While it doesn't hold up (to "SSX") in a side-by-side comparison, it still offers a solid snowboard experience that's certainly worth a look.

The game engine underneath is still strong, but somehow it lacks the same charm and fun as before.

Maybe it's because I'm a girl and this kind of thing could get messy and cold, but I don't remember ever having had so much fun just by taking a Wii in the snow.

The music in Blitz 2001 is pretty bad and will end up annoying the hell out of you.

If you've just got to have more Deus Ex: Human Revolution, The Missing Link is more than worth its $15 asking price. If you really enjoyed this year's stealth-action RPG hybrid, you might want to wait for the desire to playthrough the game again or for the DLC to go on sale. Otherwise, The Missing Link could have stayed missing.

Despite several artificial restraints, Guilty Party is proof that you can turn a board game, a detective story, and mini-games - if just by combining them all together - into a title that doesn't incite collective yawns.

Things have definitely improved and the dramatic graphics will certainly capture your eye, but when it comes right down to it, this game embraces more classic gameplay devices than it probably should.

Like its quirky protagonist, Warp is small and doesn't have much to say, but it earns your respect and attention by the end with its originality.

Laser League presents a simple but original idea done incredibly well, and I hope that its player base stays strong. With its low price point and accessible gameplay, if you're into your competitive games, then you should give this one a shot.

As an extended epilogue for Kazuma Kiryu, The Man Who Erased His Name is well worth the time. While the game could be longer, it’s a strong send-off for a character that has made Yakuza the thrilling, dramatic series it has been for nearly two decades. As the franchise transitions to Ichiban Kazuga as the main protagonist, I will still fondly remember him, with or without his name.

I love the creativity and the attempt to create something unique, but there are more than a few flaws that get in the way. The fun comes from the communication elements, and for that alone, Cookie and Cream is a worthwhile rental for couples.

The new Blaster Battles, Multi-Build evolved puzzles, and the flying stages are sheer fun to be had by all and made me feel a bit nostalgic for other classic Star Wars games. The Force is clearly strong with TT Fusion.

A well-made children's game. And I'd better manage to convince some of you of this notion because, damn, I'm still suffering from some tennis elbow after all the arm swinging I've done.

While this version of the game isn’t as remastered as others, and though the launch price of $50 will rightfully make some gamers balk, Burnout Paradise Remastered on Switch takes a great formula and makes it pleasantly portable.

The worst of the three console versions available, due mainly to the absence of the terrific multiplayer found in the PS2 and Xbox builds. Still, there's enough single-player goodness here to entertain for a bit – just don't expect to be blown away.

If you care more about responsive control and a better overall gameplay experience, look next to FIFA on the retail shelf and find your allegiance with "Winning Eleven." It's still the king of the pitch.

Resident Evil Revelations Collection brings two survival horror games to Switch with a host of problems, including some absolutely terrifying loading times. It's a shame because both games work so well in handheld mode. Whether it's running for your life on a desolated cruise ship or island, this Collection offers some of the best moments from the entire Resident Evil series if you're willing to sacrifice the technical quality.

I'll understand if you don't have a 3DS or if puzzle games aren't for you, but anyone with a classic sense of play can't deny the appeal of a brain-teaser. With so much content and puzzles that grow deeper and more complicated as you play, you need to get a move on and play Minis on the Move.

With a rehashed battle system and a story very loosely tied together by tight underwear, Thongs of Virtue is not as cohesive nor as innovative as its predecessor. But it feels overbearing to criticize an unflinchingly goofy 15-hour adventure that couldn't take itself any less seriously if it tried.
