Be prepared to not complete every mission successfully as there are so many aspects that you have to maintain and hear complaints about from the virtual patrons. If you are up for a good challenge Outdoor Life definitely has one for you with Sportsman’s Challenge.

It lacks the polish that could make it a worthy brawler right up there with Super Smash Bros. or Power Stone, but it's a fantastic entry level game for the kids with just enough depth to make it an occasional round with the adults.

Ultimately, Homefront a mixed bag. There's a lot of good in the single player game, weighed down by older mechanics and events that pull the player out of the excellent story. Meanwhile, the multiplayer is fairly terrific, but would have been served well by going a little further with the Battle Commander.

The puzzles were challenging, the story mode was comical and reminded me a bit of Sonic, and I had a blast playing with friends in the Survival mode.

"Halo" might have the story and those exquisite cutscenes, but when it comes to the raw gameplay and dynamic opponent AI, I'd choose and play Pariah any day of the week. The game is full of "wow" moments, both visually and during gameplay when you see the enemy perform some human-like action.

Advent Rising is interactive fiction at its finest. This is what Halo wanted to be; hell, it’s what Star Wars wanted to be. Orson can write circles around George Lucas when it comes to stories, characters, and dialogue.

Guitar Hero: On Tour – Modern Hits is a great addition to the portable franchise with some significant new gameplay enhancements that really broaden the scope of the gameplay.

The few flaws I did notice are more oversights than anything else, easily correctible in a future patch if they choose to do so, and are just as easily overshadowed by the quality gameplay and exciting mission designs.

I'll definitely be playing it again in the months to come. I definitely recommend this one for all you out there that enjoy a good old-fashioned brawler.

If you love action games that offer ample ways to kill your enemies then Predators is the game for you. While it doesn't tap into the film nearly as much as I would have expected, it does offer a quality Predator experience and one hell of a bloody good time.

It also gets bogged down in it’s own self-induced complexity. The clumsy inventory and totally outrageous enemy AI will scare off all but the most diligent of gamers.

I rather enjoyed my time with this game. It falls short in some areas, namely the less the impressive graphics and the lame sound, but for poker it’s the gameplay that counts. Overall WSOP presents some great challenge, and pile of different game modes and a great multiplayer option via Xbox Live.

NBA Ballers: Rebound is almost as good as its console cousin. I only wish the designers had actually tweaked the controls to the PSP rather than just porting the game over straight. There are so many creative moves it’s a shame you can’t access them all with any reliability.

Guitar Hero Encore: Rock the 80’s would have been a much better installment in the franchise had it been priced as an expansion or offered more content to justify the high sticker price.
