It was a fresh and inventive way to experience a stunning graphic novel.

Serious football players probably won't enjoy this game aside from its humorous elements, but anyone with a sense of humor and a proclivity towards extreme violence and severe bodily injury will have the time of their life.

This is a solid follow up to KUF: The Crusaders and a welcome addition to the collection of any RTS fan. I wouldn't go so far as to say it's a must have title, but it is a nice change of pace from most of the games currently out on the market.

I had a great time with Fatal Frame III despite the aging controls and unoriginal gameplay.

SmackDown vs. Raw 2009 is a solid release for wrestling fans to enjoy, but for the casual gamer thinking about purchasing a new copy, it would probably be better advised to wait to find a used copy or to save the extra dough and get a cheap copy of 2008.

A blast to play, especially in a group setting, and is almost worth picking up just to hear the polygonal version of Simon Cowell hurl insults at you (and your friends) after your performances.

It’s always nice to get something original on the PS Store, and even though Crash Commando might not be new in concept, the game design is flawlessly executed and the sheer addictive nature of the gameplay and slick online access makes this a must-own PSN title.

NFL Blitz is great at being what it was originally supposed to be: an arcade football game. It has fun gameplay, good graphics and funny announcers. If you just stick to that, NFL Blitz is worth the $15 cost. If you expect classic NFL Blitz late hits or accurate gameplay you will be disappointed.

Gritty realism aside, no other game has ever grabbed me from the opening level and captivated my interest from start to finish like Call of Duty 2: Big Red One. I literally played this game until I was too tired to play anymore, went to bed, got up, and played it some more.

I have to give props to Reverge Labs for making Skullgirls a really solid fighter that has the potential to rival the bigger fighting franchises. The gameplay is tough, but with the proper willpower, strategy, and in my case a good arcade fightstick, you can have a lot of fun with Skullgirls. The characters are interesting as is the music and atmosphere of the game. If you're looking for a fighter that is truly unique then I definitely recommend downloading Skullgirls for Xbox LIVE Arcade today.

This is definitely the ultimate superhero experience on the DS, making the most of the dual screen for presentation and gameplay and a valiant attempt at touch screen control.

From its sense of humor to its finely tweaked gameplay, Armed & Dangerous is a spectacular and engaging game—a third person shooter for fans of the genre or those sick of the recent wave of formulaic entries it has received.

Gladius is not for the faint of heart – it demands attention to detail and a willingness on the part of the player to listen to instructions and take time to learn the ropes. Players looking for a Golden Axe-like hack and slash venture will soon find themselves buried in instructions on power ups, tournaments, and character statistics and should probably look elsewhere.

A prominent step in the right direction. The gameplay remains fun and humorous yet it features all the modes and licensing you would expect from the more serious games.

Definitely an experience that is best shared, but even if you do find yourself playing alone, you will be able to immerse yourself into a surprisingly deep story and wonderful fantasy world of Asian-influenced culture that is loaded with non-stop and brutal action.

Modern Warfare 3 is pure perfection in gameplay and graphics, and it's only going to get better as more DLC arrives and the game is refined and balanced as the designers analyze real-time data from all the matches being played. There is no fan base more loyal than Call of Duty, and this game is guaranteed to delight all who play now and in the years to come.

The squad-based gameplay is here but its execution has been greatly simplified making the game much more accessible to the casual gamer and probably a bit insulting to Clancy veterans.

Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories remains as one of the best PSP games available on that system, and while the PS2 version sneaks in a few technical improvements, it fails miserably in overall visuals, and the removal of the multiplayer modes is unforgivable.

It is certainly refreshing to have game companies competing without exclusive licenses. It’s great for us and as former Wisconsin and NHL coach Bob Johnson used to say, “It’s a great day for hockey!”

Sonic Colors is hands-down the best Sonic title to be released in nearly a decade, and definitely one of the best titles to hit the Wii in the past year.

Even if you have already played Instincts on the Xbox I can’t encourage you enough to check out the 360 version of Far Cry. The graphical improvements are simply outstanding, especially on an HDTV, and easily approach the quality of the original PC game.

This new expansion adds a new level of challenge to the game and a significantly fresh aspect of gameplay, though few new items and ordinary social interactions, so you may want to keep this in mind if you’re considering investing in this particular expansion.

It is, by a wide margin, the best put together Simpsons game that’s ever been released to the public. It fixes most of what many people found lacking with “Road Rage” and added new and better things to drawn in as wide a demographic as possible.
