A well structured platform, with few original ideas that supports a fair designed backtracking. One of the best tie-in in the last years, even if the Wii version is not blessed by the brilliant art style of the portable one.

Net of what we perceived as shortcomings for a narrative work, Last Stop still offers several hours of entertainment, for an IP that leaves the way open for a sequel, while effectively closing the proposed plot. And a probable sequel could be able to file the defects highlighted, to shape a more engaging title.

Impossible, then, not to feel a bit of a bitter taste in your mouth in the face of a dated and limp technical sector, which shows the signs of still incomplete optimization work. In short, Serious Sam 4 has put a half-smile on our faces, even if we do not make any effort to recommend the purchase to all the historical fans of the series.

Almost a decade after its original release, LEGO Harry Potter is feeling the weight of his years. A lack of variety of mechanics and a level of not-so-rich graphic richness are flanked, however, to a carefree and stimulating gameplay.

The Medium is a fascinating horror with a great unexpressed potential that falls short in being an experience that never feels truly ambitious: on the contrary it proves to be kind of limited, withheld and not exactly deep.

Without matching the quality and grandeur of other motorsport titles, Milestone has nevertheless made progress with Monster Energy Supercross 25. The game continues in the direction taken with the sixth episode, with improved AI, a physics engine enriched with Evolving Ruts technology, advanced graphics and a meticulous reproduction of the 2025 season of the star-spangled championship. However, Career struggles to make its mark, while the other modes have received only marginal refinements. The expected leap in quality of the series is, once again, postponed.

The Starship Damrey is a wasted opportunity. The plot is great, but the gameplay is far too limited. The adventure gamers will be disappointed. Recommended to fans of science fiction and those who grew up with the Alien movies.

Yakuza 3 arrives in Europe with an unforgivable delay and few cuts. Plus, it inherits from the second chapter an old gen structure and repetitious fights. Just for fans.

Despite the most classic dictates of the genre, it manages to offer the player a very interesting and inspired narration, full of funny and well-characterized characters, and that places at the center of all the evocative millenary history of the destroyed planet.

Storytelling while, this is very close to a fiasco. It doesn't build on the previous chapter, and it doesn't add anything new to the narration. On the other hand, the gameplay side is just great: more focus on the puzzles is exactly what the game needed.

The first work of a small independent studio, Eternights is exactly what we expected: a title that is anything but ambitious and limited in more or less every aspect, which overall is still entertaining, witty and intriguing. A product whose value is, in short, greater than the simple sum of its parts. Bearing in mind that the entrance ticket (equal to €30) is more than affordable, we recommend it to RPG lovers and especially to connoisseurs of the waifu factor.

Tenchu is back in a vivid reproduction of the Ninja lifestyle, with dark and light in its path. It's a shame to be forced into awful first person sword fights, because the entire game is full of tension, quality and pathos. A good game for the Wii owners, that's for sure! Welcome back, Acquire!

Stray Blade finds its ideal dimension among soulslikes for novices. The learning curve of the satisfying perfect parry and dodge mechanics isn't very steep and one way or another, escaping if necessary, you get to the credits in fifteen hours or so. The lore of the articulated world of Acrea is fascinating, the artistic direction that tells it panorama after panorama even more. Too bad that the fight animations are not the basis of an equally physical and engaging gameplay, which after a few hours begins to repeat itself in a very unattractive loop. If you are looking for a colorful and cartoonish action adventure, which soulslike only has the basic setting, however, you will not be disappointed. But don't expect anything else.

Charts of Sennaar is an interesting puzzle game made with great care. The graphic and artistic sector is perfect for representing the symbolism contained in the "biblical" plot that unfolds between the floors of the novel Tower of Babel which is the backdrop to the gameplay. In the gaming field, then, the cycle of research, translation of the mysterious languages spoken by the natives, and finally the resolution of the resulting puzzles, offers great satisfaction, even in the face of a little too much backtracking and a pinch of repetitiveness in the long term which concerns the structure of the puzzles.

Fable's wide open world is beautifully designed and wonderful to explore. The programming effort to shape the destiny of a nation in a fantasy setting was achieved only in part though. While its deep social interaction shines, the real gameplay is flawed by poor and uninteresting mechanics, from the quests to the shallow combat system.

Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars is a great wasted opportunity: a triumph of playing cards accompanied by a wonderful soundtrack and a wonderful atmosphere, which however does not have time to breathe and arrives too quickly to the credits , without expanding your own story. An experiment which from the aesthetic point of view is an absolute success but which becomes too repetitive in playful terms and not very interesting in a narrative key.
