While the Super Monkey Ball series is one of the most loved, this chapter fails to convey the appeal of his predecessors. No good minigames, no new mechanics, no better graphics. Try it if you're a Monkey Ball's fan. If not, just pass trough. There are better games to play, even on Vita.

Eight years have passed since the original Doom 3 debuted in the world of high-end PC gaming. Meanwhile, FPS have evolved so much that this glorious title shows all the time that has passed.

The true hiccup of this old-style shooter is the foolish price on Steam. Valve's digital shelves are full of better arcade and indie games for the admission price tag of 18 Euros.

Sports Champions 2, just like its predecessor, attempts to overcome the throne of Wii Sports. Thanks to the new sports included and the same, funny gameplay, it partially achieves that goal. Unfortunately, some issues with the controller drive the game off-road.

Oops! Capcom did it again! Another HD collection is here, this time featuring Marvel Super Heroes and Marvel Vs. Capcom. HD filters, in game challenges, GGPO and a lot of extras to unlock, are good enough for a 1200 Microsoft Points deal.

Poor gameplay, uncertain graphics, terrifying voice-over and a problematic control-schema: considering the intolerable lack of Chuck Norris, rejection is the only choice.

Way of the Samurai 4 is the perfect mirror of the modern Japanese videogame industry. Good, old ideas are still cool enough to entertain, but the clumsy and dated technical side can prevent people from buying the game.

Some technology issues and a few uncertain design choices, many of which were already in Little King's Story, weigh a bit in last Konami's IP. But after all, New Little King's Story is deep in its mechanics, nice and very long. Merging an RPG with a RTS isn't easy, but the final result is commendable. Hail to the Little King!

One of the much beloved Sega Saturn flagship games comes back from memories to hold our hand in an awesome journey through dreams. Nights into Dreams HD is an original one, a very peculiar platform game... without platforms! This new porting is good in every aspect except controls: the fluid movement of Nights now feel less accurate and joyful, but they are still good enough to not affect the gameplay for newcomers.

The Unfinished Swan is one of the best titles available for PS3, with its minimalistic graphics and its sublime soundtrack. Do we have finally a good reason to buy a Move controller? Yes, indeed!

Of Orcs And Men has not had a great marketing campaign, and this is the reason it will be considered a surprise by many. Though there is a certain lack in interactivity, it presents a strong storyline with a dynamic duo that will be remembered.

Not everything turns out to be as good it should: Babel Rising is a really good game on the iOS/Mobile environment, but loses part of its spirit in its consoles version. With a boring and linear gameplay and an insufficient Kinect control-schema, it represents a missed chance in XBLA market.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown is a good remake of the Microprose's original game. Old fans may find it too simplified, but the new XCOM is, however, a modern and spectacular turn-based strategy game. It is not perfect but it's a game that many people will love.

Vastly entertaining but highly derivative, Bethesda's latest effort perhaps isn't the behemoth of originality that some expected it to be, but still it is a game that every fan of stealth-oriented action/adventures shouldn't miss.

Spike ChunSoft's effort to create an hardcore, Kinect based Dragon Ball experience is not that good. The basic gameplay mechanics are ok, but they have failed in being entertaining due to the lack of variety. The reaction time of the hardware is quite a problem too, slowing down the pace of the fights. Younger Dragon Ball fans will be ok with the game anyway, just cause it's too cool to throw a Kamehameha in real-life.

More shadows than lights in this latest entry of the long-lasting Capcom franchise. Resident Evil 6 proposes some confused ideas that turn into gameplay elements that give players some bitter-sweet sensations. Leon's campaign is the real star of the game and the only one that really deserves the Resident Evil label.

Dead or Alive 5 is a nice fighting game, pretty different from the previous chapters. The fighting system is deeper and more oriented to the pro gamers, due to the revamped Stun mechanics. The Story mode is pure trash but...whatever, the game is still great!

Torchlight II is not a game about innovation - it's an extremely well-crafted traditional hack'n'slash. With its very nice visuals and a virtually infinite replay value, the latest Runic's creation is the best alternative to Diablo III.

The European version of Rocksmith is much better than the American one, due to a bunch of useful changes. The new balance of the automatic difficulty level is better than the original and the good practice mode is a nice touch. Few technical problems are still there, but the product is still pretty impressive.
