This new Metroid is a successful experiment from Team Ninja. If you've ever been curious to know how the old chapters of the series could be in 2010, that's the answer. If only they could arrange better controls.- Eurogamer Italy

Although struggling to propose a convincing villain, Far Cry 6 offers a lot of gameplay innovations that make this chapter one of the most fun to play.- Eurogamer Italy

Modern Combat 5: Blackout is a good first person shooter for iOS and Android devices with a great graphic engine and lots of contents. The only bad news is that you have to be connected online even to play the single player missions.- Eurogamer Italy

A game that was much-needed. It is a work of love for all the fans of the saga who grew up with the old dogfight games. Superb graphics for a game packed with action.- Eurogamer Italy

The Vita version of Street Fighter X Tekken suffers from the very same problems of other versions out there. The new game mode, Explosive Kumite, is a little bit plain and boring, but the new online K.O. Collection is pretty interesting. Anyway, BlazBlue, Guilty Gear or Mortal Kombat are tough cookies for this game.- Eurogamer Italy

Finally EA MMA walks on the ring to fight against it's rival, UFC Undisputed. The game is really good but the lack of the UFC license is a huge limitation for the most hardcore fighting fans. Anyway, the game is smooth and based on a simple but deep command system.- Eurogamer Italy

The problem is that you can find the game frustrating playing it and you can't find a real cause to play it and to encourage a different approach to the gameplay.- Eurogamer Italy

Moonglow Bay is a sweet and peaceful experience, fun in the fishing and culinary phases. In the long run it's a bit too repetitive, despite an engaging story.- Eurogamer Italy

Dead or Alive: Dimensions is a great portable version of the popular franchise, and the right way to celebrate the 15th anniversary of this brand. The 4 buttons gameplay is perfect for the Nintendo 3DS, and for the first time the 3D effect is kinda good.- Eurogamer Italy

Armored Kill is a great DLC embedded with all the Battlefield charm. The console version of this expansion pack, anyway, is ruined by the lack of the true 64 players multiplayer mode, nerfed into less impressive 24 player battles. The huge maps of Armored Kill are simply too big for such a slim number of players.- Eurogamer Italy

The Brotherhood (Chris and Nic Bischoff) pays tribute to the horror sci-fi genre with a smart and thrilling point-and-click adventure. Thanks to a well written story and a bunch of inspired puzzles, STASIS is an experience that everyone must try.- Eurogamer Italy

For The King is a very creative take on the Boardgame and RPG genres with a great focus on multiplayer. The single player mode is more an afterthought than anything else, depriving For The King of much of its allure.- Eurogamer Italy

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game - Complete Edition is the definitive edition of the great 2010 tie-in. It is an excellent 2D beat 'em up that pays homage to the great classics of the genre and that can give players dozens of hours of fun both alone and with friends.- Eurogamer Italy

The latter episode of such a lucky brand is the best one for PC too: the "if it isn't broken, don't fix it" philosophy here is at its best, but Worms Reloaded is damn funny anyway.- Eurogamer Italy

South Park: The Fractured But Whole is the worthy successor of The Stick of Truth, with a new and deeper combat system that allows to fight with a party of four characters and plan more complex strategies. A super funny RPG that cannot miss in every South Park fan's shelf.- Eurogamer Italy

One of the best multiplayer games for Xbox 360, Monday Night Combat doesn't offer a large variety of modes and options, but it' focused gameplay sounds like a good and fresh effort in the shooter genre. Very addictive on Live, quite a short-term game in solo.- Eurogamer Italy

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is the best Monster Hunter to date. 3DS suits perfectly to the game, but the lack of any independent online mode is a big disappointment for a game that has cooperative play in his heart.- Eurogamer Italy

Quarrel is an interesting mix between Risk and Scrabble where you must conquer the enemy territory using anagrams. It's a nice game that can keep you playing for a long time, if you tolerate its frustrating AI that sometimes gives the sensation of cheating.- Eurogamer Italy

A good action game with some really inspired moments. The campaign now is less open-world but better-crafted. The greatest and biggest loss in this game is the co-op mode, but the multiplayer is still very addictive, especially now with all the unlockables.- Eurogamer Italy

Pokkén Tournament DX is an enhanced version of the Wii U’s version released last year. It adds to the mix brand new fighters, new modes, daily challenges and other stuffs, but the real game changer is the ability to play the game everywhere with your friends thanks to the hybrid nature of the platform. Give a Joy-con to your friend, and you can fight on the bus, on the plane, at the park, and so on. Graphics are a bit refined, and the frame-rate is 60fps rock-solid this time. If you skipped the Wii U version, you can’t miss this game this time around.- Eurogamer Italy

WipEout 2048 is the best racing game in the PS Vita's launch line-up. The lack of 60 fps is a shame, since this game is mainly focused on speed and smoothness. This and the very long loading times are the main issues of a really good game.- Eurogamer Italy

Despite the influence of mythical figures such as System Shock and BioShock, Prey is a fresh and unique take on the first person adventure genre. Arkane Studios managed to design a game with an engaging plot and a great blend of several game mechanics which provide an incredibly deep experience whatever play style you prefer.- Eurogamer Italy
