MLB 10 The Show is a great baseball sim for the PSP, but the curious removal of online play will irk fans wanting to upgrade from MLB 09. If you can live without that, then MLB 10 is a good choice.- Digital Chumps

More risks have been taken here than in any other high budget, first party offering in recent memory, maybe ever - and it absolutely deserves to be played by anyone with a passing interest in the medium.- Digital Chumps

Metal Slug XX is a textbook entry to the series. The familiar terrain is nice, but it may leave some unsatisfied.- Digital Chumps

All Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing had to do was not be completely terrible, but Sumo Digital ignored Sonic's awful racing pedigree and produced a pretty darn good kart racer.- Digital Chumps

Last Rebellion doesn't raise the bar for JRPGs, but it does what it does very well. I had a lot of fun playing through it and I can happily recommend that anyone interested in JRPGs, hardcore or newcomer alike, should give it a look.- Digital Chumps

Although Endless Ocean: Blue World undeniably deviates from the typical definition of a “game”, that doesn’t mean that gamers cannot enjoy it. The massive assortment of collectible treasures and shockingly expansive game environments will appeal to any chronic completionist, and the storyline is actually quite captivating.- Digital Chumps

Lost in Nightmares was constructed specifically for the Resident Evil fan base. It's a brief run, but it has enough call backs, in-jokes, and references to satisfy the legion of fans clamoring for a return to the series roots.- Digital Chumps

What's important here is that the game has a superb story, excellent characters, and is a hell of a lot of fun. Access Games knocked one out of the park with Deadly Premonition.- Digital Chumps

The peculiar art direction never grows old, and does well to amuse anyone contending with Winterbottom's resilient challenge. Not for the faint of heart, but a great game never the less.- Digital Chumps

Slant Six Games and SCEA have put out a solid third-person shooter for Sony's portable system. It has a large variety of weapons, solid online play and a single-player depth that puts Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 to shame.- Digital Chumps

Overall, the multiplayer takes center stage here and what's left is a mediocre campaign at best. My recommendation is a weekend rental -- get through the campaign in a sitting or two and then spend several hours with multiplayer to see if this one is worth your gaming dollar.- Digital Chumps

I've had more fun with Strikeforce on the PS3 than I've ever had with the Dynasty Warriors franchise. To me, the series was stale until now, and while not without its problems, Strikeforce moves Dynasty Warriors back into the realm of relevance.- Digital Chumps

As for the gameplay, it's essentially the same, but improvements with weapons and plasmids makes it a little deeper. The addition of multiplayer just ices this cake and gives you a little more reason to add Bioshock 2 to your library.- Digital Chumps

Fans of the Monkey Ball series are sure to classify Step & Roll as a regressive leap, and newcomers won’t find much to appreciate, either. The balance board controls are simply too imprecise and illogical to play the foundation of a game wholly dependent upon precision.- Digital Chumps

Although it's merely a minor update over its Xbox 360 counterpart, any jRPG nut will be quick to testify to the importance of Japanese voice acting in a Japanese game. The other very minor improvements-namely, the entire game on a single disc and the option for a differently-styled HUD-aren't much to talk about, but all in all, if you've been considering giving The Last Hope a try, this is the definitive version.- Digital Chumps

No More Heroes 2 has some minor shortcomings and a few unnecessary quirks in the gameplay, but to its credit, it is not a button masher and it is not a waggle fest. The interesting and well-developed boss characters at least attempt to force you to make a lot of in-the-heat-of-moment adjustments to your game plan.- Digital Chumps

In the end, Dark Void's final product didn't live up to the potential that it had going for it. It was a great concept with some cool moments, but those moments were far and few between the unfinished control scheme and other flaws that plagued the title.- Digital Chumps

Overall, Vancouver 2010 is an okay game, but it's very shallow. It borders on just being a collection of mini-games in some regards, but it is more than that -- just not a lot more. Good for a weekend rental, but very hard to recommend, even at $50.- Digital Chumps

For me, my bottomline is that Darksiders is a tremendous amount of fun because it's very well designed from top to bottom with just a handful of drawbacks. None of these drawbacks are critical enough to thwart an epic, and truly enjoyable experience.- Digital Chumps
