A fantastic game. While it may seem like some of the changes detract from the core experience, they only act to improve and reinvent a series that is apparently never going to get old.

We're provided with a greatly enhanced sense of presentation, both from an audio and visual angle, as well as additional content not found in previous version.

Each character has multiple costumes to obtain, so the replay value of the story mode is somewhat lacking, unless you are a full blown fashionista who must have all the outfits the game has to offer.

The Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Athena manages to bring the best of Riddick together.

It offers up quite an astounding amount of depth for such a pint sized fighting game and allows for some truly exciting multiplayer madness.

The game mechanics are very similar to those found in the original game and the storyline is tethered tightly to that found in the first game, but the advancements made in the game are worth the price of admission and if you haven't played the first, pick it up and this one, as they form two parts of one glorious whole.

Though some of the graphics have been given a downgrade and the soundtrack itself is a bit lacking, the overall quality of the game hasn't changed a bit.

Overall, it is a fun game. Kids may need help from parents for reading. Other than that, anyone at any age can enjoy this game.

Despite it's exceptional visuals, the cities themselves are devoid of any people other than your enemies. I guess you can chalk this up people actually listening to the PA announcement that advises people to stay indoors.

An endearing and rewarding experience for those who seek the solace and freedom of world that is focuses on a weapons free, non-violent atmosphere and is easily the best game in the series to date.

In the end, Brave Story comes as something of a surprise and quite a pleasant one at that.

An excellent addition to the series and not only builds upon what was great about the previous two titles, but also adds its own spin to the storyline and gameplay.

Everything a person can ask for in a war-based first person shooter: Precise control, plenty of action, great visuals and sound, and a musical score that compliments the action throughout.

While the storyline is certainly one that has been created solely for the purpose of amusing, it does so on many levels and is easily one of the more entertaining titles you'll find in the realm of role-playing games.
