When you bring a mobile game over to the PC you bring with it the compromises and shortcomings that are acceptable or even applauded and unforgivable in the PC realm.

Target: Terror could be in the running for most pathetic game of the year and I think thats what the developers were shooting for.

The Huntsman: Winter’s Curse could have been a pretty good game, as it has fantastic visuals, a compelling storyline, and rather ambient music selections, but the bugs make it unbearable.

It was presumably aiming to raise questions, but thanks to its half-hearted presentation and sparse narrative, the only question it raises is, “How do I get out of Blue Valley?”

If you find it on sale, mega-sale even, and have nothing else to play I suppose you could romp around the world and mindlessly kill things. This isn’t one of those games that’s fun to play despite the jankiness. It’s just not fun.

Basement Crawl has been out for just over a month and still suffers from crippling online issues. Not a good sign.

There might be an honest-to-goodness game somewhere in here, lurking underneath the slew of technical issues, uninspired gameplay, game-breaking mechanics and cryptic explanations for how everything fits together. Not that the game would have fit together in the first place, anyway. Whatever may be underneath the game, it’s really not worth the trouble of finding out.

Regrettably, despite my initial interest in Heavy Metal Thunder, and my high hopes for a piece of gripping and thrilling science fiction set in an inspired and fleshed-out universe, the final product failed to entertain me with every dull page-turn.

Project Root lacks the pizzazz, gives you no adrenaline rush and makes you wish that you were doing something else. Save your cash and your time, and spend them on your bucket list.

I can only hope that any Greenlight votes it received were from trolls, and that no one is stupid enough to actually pay money for this abomination.

I went into this game hoping for an example of a well-made arcade hunter. And with Glu’s record, that was a reasonable desire. I take no pleasure, then, in acknowledging that Deer Hunter: Reloaded is simply atrocious. It’s ugly, sluggish, obtuse, counter-intuitive, and brimming with game-breaking bugs. Its few positive qualities are directly negated by some of its many, many faults, resulting in what sits among the weakest functional video games I have ever played. Maybe one day we’ll get a nice version of what this game was trying to bring to consoles. Regardless, I am confident that we won't get anything worse.
