Overall there is a lot of promise in this title, I just wish the mechanics could match up to the story itself.- DarkStation

Unless you remember these three fondly from your youth, there’s little reason to pursue them now. Being able to reach back to the origins of one of gaming’s biggest companies continues to be an act of at least some historical interest, but little amusement.- DarkStation

Those who can break through the complexity and achieve that “AHA!” moment will be the ones that get the most out of this robot simulation.- DarkStation

In fact, this isn’t the kind of game you want to play period. It’s the kind of game that’s clearly trying to trade off on looking like better ones, but it just reminds you that you don’t want to be playing this one.- DarkStation

The feeling of conquering the Wyv and Keep world will only get you so far until you realize that the characters are reliving the same puzzle as you struggle to come up with a solution.- DarkStation

Everything feels so shallow because of this, nothing hooks the player in for hours on end, instead serving as a timewaster for a few minutes before finding something else to do. Seeing as this game is available on mobile phones that would be the ideal platform to play while waiting for a flight or bus.- DarkStation

For a $10 game Orc Attack is decent for the price. You get what you pay for in this case. Go in for a cheap game and you’ll get is a cheap game. It will hold you over for a few hours, maybe more if you have some friends you can bribe/guilt into joining you, but don’t expect to come back to it once you’re finished.- DarkStation

So, while the game’s rough edges may be off putting, you should still check out Salvation Prophecy if you are looking for a change of pace, or if you are starving for a space combat game, of which there have been very few lately.- DarkStation

As a labor of love to design that’s long gone by, Spuds Quest serves as a reminder that sometimes it’s best not to revisit your memories; you may not like what you think of them now.- DarkStation

This is a functional but mostly joyless and aimless game whose design maximizes the most tedious parts of its dungeon crawl, and not even local co-op for four can make things more palatable. Adventure Time deserves more respect than this.- DarkStation

What started as an original take on war turns into your standard run of the mill action game, and at that point, well, there is no point. Super Trench Attack ends up as a casualty of its own war.- DarkStation

Galactic Starfighter shows a lot of promise and there’s a great deal of potentially awesome additions outside of new maps and game mods (like dogfighting!).- DarkStation

Archeblade feels fresh and interesting at first but it soon degrades into a crazy melee of characters jumping around and attacking as clunky animations prevent the game from really capturing what is so unique about it. Overall it’s hard to recommend a game that feels so lacking, both in terms of quantity and quality.- DarkStation

If you’re looking for a fun few hours of casual gameplay I can honestly recommend Nimble Quest without hesitation, just don’t expect to beat the game as fast as you think you will. Hitting that wall can be a major bummer.- DarkStation

When you bring a mobile game over to the PC you bring with it the compromises and shortcomings that are acceptable or even applauded and unforgivable in the PC realm.- DarkStation

There was a promising idea here but nothing in the game came together to make for an interesting experience. Instead, I was left frustrated and underwhelmed as I tediously hopped from platform to platform, wondering if I’d live to see the next checkpoint or die trying, and shaking my head as the latter became true.- DarkStation

As far as licensed products go, you could do a lot worse then How to Train Your Dragon 2. There are good bones here, a nice foundation built on a satisfying flying mechanic, and some excellent work to capture the sights and sounds of the movie and its characters. It, like most other movie games, falls apart where that license meets the tight structure of a modern game under the strictures of a tight turn around. While you apparently can train a dragon, no amount of training can save this game from itself.- DarkStation

Orc Attack: Flatulent Rebellion is proof that not all games are created equal. With its’ unimaginative mechanics coupled by the bland, lackluster plot, Orc Attack is easily one of the worst titles I have played to date.- DarkStation

I really like the idea of Heroes Rise: The Hero Project, nevertheless, I don’t feel like the game sets the bar at a level that couldn’t easily be surpassed. The game is engaging—it doesn’t feel like a complete waste of time and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to see an example of this genre, but I can’t help but feel like the potential is ultimately wasted.- DarkStation

The game is full of charm and little references that made me smile. From finishing a level and the leader saying “Controlling makes me feel good” a reference to the Ghostbuster’s song of the 80s. To potential employee names like “Mr. B” and “Bill Venkman,” It’s a game brimming with good fun. Pardon the pun.- DarkStation

Rime Berta IS childish and it certainly IS an inferior copy of what tactic RPG players know and love, and I MIGHT be sounding overly misogynistic with this review, but know that if you want a simple adventure with slow-paced tactics battles and you don’t care about a good story, you might find a place in your heart for this unpolished gem.- DarkStation
