Something bothered me though as there was no story in the intro and this can make the game really confusing to those who have never played the Donkey Kong Country games before.

The Gunstringer is a simple Kinect shooter affair, yet it is one of the more enjoyable Kinect games you will play. Its' unique gameplay is a hoot and much of that has to do with the seamless controls. The game is presented in a charming yet goofy manner that is engaging and entertaining.

Madden 10 for the Nintendo Wii is very stylized version of their long running gridiron franchise. With original graphics, solid sound, and very Wii centric gameplay, there is no doubt that this game has made some drastic changes on this console.

Once again, Zen Studios proves they are the King of Virtual Pinball and have provided fans with another great table to keep your pinball flippers flapping away. With such an amazingly built game who can really say no to another table to extend the life of the game and bring more hours of pinball fun.

In the end the game is solid, but too familiar, and I truly wonder what can be done to inject new life into a franchise that has been around for so long to make it an even better experience.

If you are a fan of the original game, orenjoy spooky sci-fi horror games such as Doom and Dead Space, then F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin for the Xbox 360 should be right up your alley.

The shortness of the game doesn't give it very much replay value.

Mercury Meltdown Revolution is a great puzzle game for the Nintendo Wii. The use of the Wii-remote is so natural it is a wonder that this game was not released any sooner.

Overall this title offers a lot in single player and multi-player area and does the RPG dynasty justice keeping fans happy and busy until a new Dragon Quest title comes along.

Regardless if there is any truth to the belief Brain Age is a great game of puzzles and logic that will keep fans of these exercises playing for quite sometime.

SQUIDS is a fantastically fun game with a great, whimsical feel.

As such, like I said at the beginning, it's a game I want to like, and, on any other platform except PC, you can quite happily add a couple of points to the overall score. But, on PC at least, Dust doesn't quite push the right buttons for me to consider it the amazing game it could have been.

Transformers: War for Cybertron has taken a significant leap over the previous next-gen Transformer games.

For fans of the genre, American Wasteland will deliver more of the same, with an added beefy story mode option that flushes out a fairly interesting narrative, moving the game up a notch from pervious titles.

With innovative use of the Wii-mote and some pretty stylish graphics and sound, this game is definitely worth the price of admission.

The challenge made for a frustrating game, but this keeps you driven to win. The graphics are nice, and the sound is good but the gameplay is what REALLY makes MMX5 worth playing.

With quality graphics, good sound and a Lemmings like gameplay how can anyone go wrong?

Shadows of the Damned is definitely not a game for all those out there, but I do have to say that Grasshopper Manufacture has crafted an original experience that was worth my time to play.

For those that enjoy karaoke, and those who have already established a decent SingStar library, then SingStar Legends will most likely be right up your alley.

Overall, Band Hero plays and presents almost exactly like Guitar Hero 5.

There is no question that the MLB 2K10 franchise is headed in the right direction as this year’s installment is simply much better than years past.

The Bigs 2 offers an enjoyable and arcadish take on baseball. It may not offer enough depth for purists, but for players like me, that like a little bit of arcade fun mixed in, it delivers in spades. A worthy sequel this game is indeed.

Fans of the Lego series are in for another treat with Lego Batman.

Once you get past that initial inclination to just run in with smoking guns and barrels, Brothers in Arms: Hells Highway offers up a great experience and stands as a solid game.

Other than slight pixelation in a few parts of the game, the graphics will leave you breathless and the sound is absolutely spectacular.

More fun than a barrel of monkeys. Its only weakness is that we've pretty much seen all of this before.
