    Mars is, without a doubt, the best table so far for FX2. Exciting and immersive, Mars explodes in a shower of neon and silver to overwhelm your eyeballs! Zen now has a new benchmark to develop their future tables against.

    Once again, Zen Studios proves they are the King of Virtual Pinball and have provided fans with another great table to keep your pinball flippers flapping away. With such an amazingly built game who can really say no to another table to extend the life of the game and bring more hours of pinball fun.

    The core gameplay is still the same, but Mars' theme is unique enough that it warrants a place in your arcade and pinball collection.

    Coming in at 240 points, it's a tad more expensive than the rest of the Pinball FX 2 tables for some reason or another but don't let that $0.50 scare you off as if you're a fan of what Zen has done to revitalize video pinball then you'll be happy with the new table to help fill in your grid.

    If you have 3 bucks to spare, the Mars table is a decent addition to your Pinball FX2 collection. It isn't on par with the excellent Marvel tables and it comes up short in the spectacle department, but the solid pinball mechanics keep it challenging and fun as long as you're willing to put the play time in.

    The MARS board is just as fun as the other boards available, which is the main problem. It doesn't nothing particularly exemplary or amazing. It's just more for Pinball FX2 lovers to snatch up. Newcomers should check out the MARVEL boards.

Unfortunately, that formula is getting a little long in the tooth. The movements of the Shuttle, Shuttles arm, Satellites, and such can be so distracting, at just the wrong moment where you are blocked from seeing the ball until it is way past your flippers. Also, $3.00 for just one table that really introduces us to nothing knew is a little steep in price. If your a Pinball Fan dying for a new table then this is a must, if your getting a little worn out on the flashy tables and bored with the same formula then you may want to pass this up, or pick it up when it goes on sale.… Expand
