In some ways, Kiln is a return to a simpler time. There are no microtransactions or a battle pass trying to monetize your time. Double Fine has created a straightforward experience, which has both positive and negative aspects. However, it's undeniable that Kiln lacks content. While there's a promise of more maps and pottery in the future, at the moment there aren't many reasons to stick with this experience. At this point, Double Fine's work is perfect for Xbox Game Pass. You can jump in, have fun with your friends, and move on with your life without looking back.- Atomix

If you play PokƩmon competitively or want to get into it, PokƩmon Champions is a great platform for that. I won't deny that this app rekindled my passion for the game. However, if none of this appeals to you, the best thing you can do is simply steer clear.- Atomix

Crimson Desert tries to offer something for everyone. While it presents itself as an open-world game, the reality is that there's much more to it. Although the foundations are solid, Pearl Abyss doesn't stop there, adding multiple superfluous systems and mechanics that only cause the game to constantly stumble. While there are some quality elements, everything surrounding the good ideas is marred by a terrible interface, unresponsive controls, and a structure that lacks a clear direction. Like a buffet, Crimson Desert throws too much at us, but each bite is, in most cases, a disappointment.- Atomix

Unfortunately, the game is very simple. The platforming, combat, and puzzles are extremely easy. While High on Life 2 manages to excel in moments where it pushes its own boundaries and presents unconventional sections, 90% of the adventure consists of segments where all the game's good ideas are executed in the simplest way possible, to the point that some players won't have the energy to reach the end. It's not a bad game, and there are stages that manage to capture your attention, but it's not something everyone should experience.- Atomix

Unfortunately, the gameplay of God of War: Sons of Sparta is basic, and that's about it. The game works as a Metroidvania in the most fundamental sense of the genre. It's entertaining and improves as you progress through the adventure. However, the combat system and customization are extremely simple, and the title rarely presents enough of a challenge to truly test your skills with the controls. It's not a bad experience, but it falls short, especially by today's standards.- Atomix

If you're a die-hard fan and played the previous games, you'll definitely enjoy it. But as a video game, it might get a bit repetitive in the first few hours.- Atomix

Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties is not the remake we were all hoping for. While it's undeniable that the game makes a number of substantial improvements to the combat system, and will surely be a very enjoyable experience for all new fans, RGG Studio seems to have failed to understand its own work. Rather than generating excitement for the future of the series, this title raises a number of questions, and the idea of āāYakuza Kiwami 4 doesn't sound appealing, at least not right now. However, I hope the developers take this as a lesson, and that the next time we see Kiryu or Ichiban, it will be in an experience that truly honors the series, because if these games have made anything clear, it's that second chances do happen, but you have to know how to make the most of them.- Atomix

The DLC, in more ways than one, completely distills the PokƩmon Legends: Z-A experience, offering a structure and mechanics that lack the necessary elements to be engaging. By offering more of the same without any clear purpose beyond extending the time we spend with the game, we're left with a monotonous experience where progressing is a Herculean challenge.- Atomix

Despite its flaws, Thief VR remains one of the standout games in the format that can be recommended, one that, with better polish, could have shone brighter as a worthy return of a seemingly forgotten franchise.- Atomix

There's only one way to describe Double Dragon Revive: clunky. The combat system starts with great potential, but quickly abandons its interesting ideas. This forces the player to repeatedly press the same button combination until the credits roll. At best, this is a worthwhile experience when you don't want to think, but if you're looking for something of quality, there are more and better options available right now.- Atomix

If you're a fan of tactical games and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, you'll likely be hooked until you complete every level. But if you don't like this type of gameplay, even the Nickelodeon franchise's skin won't convince you to switch to this slower-paced style.- Atomix

If you want a game that takes advantage of the Switch 2 mouse function, I think you should check it out, although I recommend inviting your friends over to do the same for a fun time. However, if you're looking for a AAA game with a lot of personality, I think it's best to wait for other releases coming this year.- Atomix

FBC: Firebreak feels like a playable first draft of something that could grow over time. Its foundation is solid: the setting is strong, the co-op mechanics work, and the institutional-paranormal tone remains captivating, but it needs more content, depth, and emotional connection.- Atomix

For fans of the franchise, it's not bad at all, but if anyone wants to get into Bleach through this product, I'd honestly recommend watching the anime on streaming platforms instead. I'm not saying it's a bad game, but it's not aimed at the newer audience who just wants to have a good time with a fighting game.- Atomix

If you're a fan of the series and especially the newer movie, you'll probably like it, but you'll soon realize that it's unnecessarily long, which is why I recommend playing it in short sections. The attempt to develop a deeper game is not detracted, but it needed to include a little more versatility.- Atomix

As a tribute to the franchise it's not bad, but as a game in general, there are more interesting proposals on the market, whether it's a JRPG or a hack and slash. However, those who don't mind repetition can enjoy it. This is where the line is drawn to decide whether or not to buy the product.- Atomix

The insufferable camera has been corrected, fast travel has been added, there are more collectibles to obtain, and new movement skills that make it not feel slow. For its part, the graphics have undergone a touch-up that will please both insiders and outsiders, although it was not optimized in the best way on all platforms.- Atomix

Milestone won the hearts of millions of fans through the two Hot Wheels Unleashed installments, which focused more on fun than realism. Monster Jam Showdown falls somewhere in the middle. On one hand, it tries to offer enough content and a number of entertaining mechanics, but ends up presenting us with an experience that doesn't quite match the level of quality of its previous works. The result is a racing title that may be hard to recommend to anyone who isn't a monster truck fan.- Atomix

Concord doesn't stand out much compared to the other free multiplayer games on the market, so you're not really missing out on much. It's sad to say, but with this poor performance, Sony will eventually give in and make it a free game; That's the only way I would recommend it.- Atomix

I would only recommend it to people who are fans of party video games, but at once they should keep in mind that it is not even going to reach the levels of fun that a Mario one can provide us. Honestly, I would think twice before buying it, especially because a much better product will arrive in October for Switch.- Atomix

SPYĆANYA: Operation Memories is a game that could be worth it, but only for those who already have a knowledge of the series, since they take a lot of things for granted in terms of characters. They don't explain much who they really are, they assume that you already know the identities and backgrounds of each of them, so if you want it to be your first step in the franchise it is not the right way.- Atomix

If you were looking for a spectacular adventure focused on a single player or similar, that is something you will not find in this product. On the other hand, if you were prepared to receive this game knowing that it is just a service, then you may have a good time, since the hours of farming are not going to end soon and it has ideas that are not bad at all.- Atomix

If you have PlayStation Plus and want to try it out, there is the option to add it to the library, and I think it would be a good idea to purchase it now. But in case you reach the time when they will sell it for $30 USD, the truth is I would not recommend making the purchase, it is better to save the money for a product that does provide value for money.- Atomix

The only way I could recommend this game, that is only for die-hard fans of Jujutsu Kaisen, this to add it to the collection of mangas, figures, plushies and more. On the other hand, if you like the saga only casually or are looking for a video game that is fun, I am sad to say that this is not your place.- Atomix

Who is Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 for? In general, the truth is that I have little desire to recommend spending on this package, but I think that considering that we are looking at seven games in the series that are definitely in a playable state, I think you could consider giving it a try if not you have access to them in no other way. If, on the other hand, you already have the original versions or the HD Collection, my advice is that you completely stay away from this new option, as it basically provides nothing in terms of technical or playability, while on the side of extras, I wouldn't say either. that there is a lot. We are undoubtedly facing one of the great disappointments of this 2023 that has been giving us so many good moments. Let's hope that at least this serves as a lesson for Konami to understand that it is in an industry with high quality standards in which it cannot disrespect its own legacy like this.- Atomix

Fort Solis is an interactive experience that would've worked better on rails thanks to it's awful map and UI. With no enemies, consequences for failing and apparently no way to lose the "game" or die. It's a 4 hour story with no replay value floating helplessly in a space full of truly stellar games released only in 2023.- Atomix
