If you can put up with the loading screens galore and a bad soundtrack, Burnout 3: Takedown is an arcade racer that should please hardcore and casual race fans.

A great improvement over "Rise of the Machines," and actually better than some games in a few ways, but still not in the higher ranking levels of current games.

There is very little reason to own this game. There are simply much better street racing games on the market, more worthy of your money.

Had Access Games come up with a better way to implement the disguise system, and eliminated all of the minor problems, Spy Fiction could've been a winner.

It would have been nice to make the collection more complete by adding the first two versions of "Street Fighter III."

Hardcore RPG fanatics might want to try this before a buy solely because the real-time battles may not be as appealing to them.

There is nothing – absolutely nothing – in The Guy Game that is a positive feature, outside of the breasts. I am almost entirely sure some fundamentalist church, sponsored this game in an attempt to lure young horny teenage guys with lustful sirens and instead being rewarded with pain, terribly unfunny pain.

Despite some inane gameplay features, the arcade-style flying and fighting is very good.

A game that gets everything right; the puzzles are just hard enough to be a challenge without being too frustrating, the presentation pleasing and the control spot-on.

The actual gameplay and overall feel of moving your character is somewhat reminiscent of the feel of the Unreal series but nowhere near the same level of fluidity.

A linear action game that certainly brings style in spades, but has a series of flaws that prevent it from being a truly great game.

You can play 18 holes with up to three more players or play in a huge tournament (up to 50 players) It's not a revolutionary online mode but it's a huge step forward from HSG3.

In the age of the fantasy sports league craze, football fanatics with time to play their GBA during their daily on-the-go activities will want to get Maddened, especially with the addictive Season Mode.

With Madden on Xbox Live and EA's own network playing so well on the PS2, it is hard to recommend the GameCube version to anyone who owns the other two systems. Still, if the GameCube is the only system you own, Madden 2005 is a great purchase.

The cliché of key collecting to open doors has been replaced by the completely and utterly new convention of PDA collecting to open doors.

Despite having a few rough edges, Sudeki is a very good game that will keep you playing (over and over). There's so much to see and the story plays out like a good movie that keeps you entranced to the final credits roll.

But however pleasant that perspective may be, the unnecessarily complicated controls, the crappy fighting system and the inability to change perspective before jumping from place to place grinds to a halt whatever potential this game had for a bounce off of an atomic box-office bomb.

The best football video game of 2004.

While I’ve never put a whole heap of focus on graphics, KumaWar actually manages to distract with its graphics. They aren’t pretty and appear more than few years old – think about the original Counter-Strike – and at times I mistook building features for enemy snipers.

But at least the dance mat support lends enough to the experience to make it something different and worthwhile -- at least for a rent -- and turns it into a fine workout too.

The graphics are gorgeous and the game engine has some excellent physics. With the excellent sound effects and music, the game drew me right into the atmosphere, and these days, all gamers should be demanding no less.

It has a great balance and will draw you in with its depth thanks to some innovation, and is fun, even if it’s fun in a serious way.

A mix of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, Minority Report (also by Treyarch) and Grand Theft Auto III, Spider-Man 2 opens up the Spidey experience like no other Spider-Man game before it. That's not to say it doesn't have some flaws, but if you're looking for a fantastic Spider-Man experience, this is it.

Do not waste your $20 on this game. Buy a lot of pens and try to get them stuck on the ceiling. It's a lot more fun and a lot less aggravating.

Big kudos and thumbs-up to Camelot for an excellent save system. Even if you're in the middle of a match you can pick-up later and start playing from there (in any mode).

It’s easy to recognize that this is still a good fighting game, albeit a somewhat easy one to get through, that does justice to the DBZ legacy that not every DBZ game is able to do.

The downsides are hard to ignore (or even tolerate sometimes), but the fun multiplayer, huge roster of wrestlers, and better-looking graphics than previous installments, make it a weekend rental for a hit of wrestling nostalgia, rather than an outright purchase.
