A solid sidescrolling action game. It may not be an instant classic, but it might bring back some good memories and it's good for some time-killing.

Condition Zero still carries the Counter Strike magic. However, given its age, how much it costs and the quality of the current competition, CZ cannot honestly and should not be at the top of any FPS gamer’s list.

You really, really have to like old-school dungeon crawler RPGs to derive any enjoyment out of playing Arx Fatalis. Ugly graphics, poor controls due to unwisely incorporated first-person perspective gameplay, and long stretches of boring dungeon exploration create a mediocre game that is at least five years too late to merit consideration.

One of the biggest flaws is that Blade & Sword lacks a multiplayer.

Incredibly enough all the graphic novel cutscenes feature full voice-overs of the overwrought dialogue and descriptions. Granted it’s scratchy, but it still comes through as understandable.

Bustin’ Out adds nothing but positive reinforcement to the Sims legacy.

While TSBO isn’t a major overhaul to the original Sims (more of a "console expansion" if you will), it does however provide enjoyable game play coupled with never ending fun.

If you liked the Sims, Bustin’ Out is a great addition. Much of the series’ originality has lost its shine, but the mechanics and playability remain extremely good even though there’s not much in the way of plot.

Even with it’s limited numbers of racing modes and small number of courses and cars, RC Cars remains a pick-up and play title for younger gamers or those that like a little fantasy with their racing.

Worth a look if you are a fan of the "Ridge Racer" games, but everyone else can probably give it a miss.

For those who missed the boat on those games and really like the King of Fighters series, or are just looking for a new 2D fighter, this title won’t disappoint despite looking a tad dated.

The part of the game that annoyed me the most - long range combat.

Had a lot of potential – graphics are great and the sound is just as good; however, the terrible controls and camera ruin any real fun that could be experienced.

The kind of game that will appeal for immediate accessibility but perfectionists will be turned off by the shear repetition required to get everything in the game.

After starting out with some interesting gameplay and moves, including a adventurous amount of big Boss battles, I-Ninja falls back on a few too many standards of the genre that go back to the granddaddy of the modern platformer, "Super Mario 64."

The mediocre performance of the PS2 port of Max Payne 2 never makes the game completely unplayable, but it does noticeably hinder it.

The adventure is decently long (15-20 hours) and has a unique feel and tone when set beside the earlier official offerings and the mod community stuff.

Simply put: Operation Surma is a half-assed "Splinter Cell."

The core gameplay is still here, just as good as ever, and it still has that absurdly addicting quality that makes it impossible to leave it alone. The end result is unquestionably one of the best games you'll find on the Xbox.

The collected cutscenes are funnier 100 times over than an episode of "Friends" and on par with "Monty Python" for being off-kilter.

Refines the original – layers some extra flash but at its core, remains very much the same as the original.

A poorly constructed fighting game that doesn't have the same fun and addicting aura that "Street Fighter" and "King of Fighters" has.

"Devil May Cry 2" got a lot of heat for feeling bland and uninspired compared to its predecessor. Spawn: Armageddon, being even more vapid, actually makes that vaguely lackluster title seem like a work of absolute genius.

JA is a good-looking game. It may not be the most beautiful game ever, but it moves at a good clip and the lightsaber duels look very cool, especially when you're on a roll.

An overall solid entry into a crowded platformer market. I would have scored KDL a lot higher if it wasn’t hindered by annoyances such as the camera and having to trek across the land to get to shops.

Visually, things are on the sloppy side. The collision detection is awful and there’s a distinct lack of detail to practically everything including the menus, which are rendered in fuzzy detail.

This was, overall, a well put together game but the AI is one of the things that could have been much better instead of the simple just standing around and shooting things.

Not even the innovation with the headset or the cruel dismemberments can blot out a maddening linearity.
