A good game, but it has some deep flaws. Is not made for everyone, mixes too much genres and its argument could be better focused but, still, it is an entertaining adventure that can be followed with great interest.

A remarkable debut in all of its different aspects that will certainly be appreciated by those who are yet to test the franchise. It is a perfect conversion to PC that has undoubtedly earned SEGA some praise, although the lack of Spanish language is still an issue.

Diner Bros inherits the legacy of Restaurant City and offers a great cooking game. Simple and fun, but amazingly better when enjoyed with friends.

Whether you play by yourself, with friends or family, Go Vacation is a complete game that will satisfy all kinds of players. It may be a port of a Wii game with better resolution, but this should not discourage players longing for a game that provides a whole array of minigames.

It’s a Japanese roguelike influenced by Mystery Dungeon in the combats, but in the end falls short in meeting expectations.

Hungry Shark World: Console Edition is much more than a simple port, both technically and in terms of gameplay. Removing in-game purchases and improving the sharks’ control make the experience significantly better. However, although the game is fun, its extreme simplicity can make it repetitive for some players after just a few hours.

Rifter is a game that, despite a few control issues, offers a really good and fresh platforming experience. The high difficulty, the light-speed platforming and the neon aesthetics are the keys to one of the greatest surprises of the year so far.

Mothergunship is a game that takes something from almost every genre. Classic FPS, roguelike and bullet hell are the main pillars of a title that, in spite of having some important flaws, is fun as hell.

Gladius – Relics of War is a 4X game that relies only on one of those X: eXtermination. The combat is the most polished and deep aspect of the game, offering a war experience that fits so well the Warhammer 40,000 universe.

Frontier Developments offers an entertaining title under a graphic aspect perfectly linked with the reality of the dinosaurs. The amount of species to discover add much attraction and the possibility of visiting the park in third person is all a success, although those who aren’t lovers of the gender can find it boring and repetitive.

The new additional content for Mario+Rabbids: Kingston Battle has a very conservative line but it isn’t exempt from playable news(novelties) and from content that refresh an almost perfect pattern.

It has managed to surprise us in a very positive way: although it has its flaws, like an unpolished audio as well as a lack of online features, it possesses a ton of content to enjoy, the progression and unlocking systems are adequate, the are new elements introduced in the oversteer and attack systems, that with some exceptions, add some uniqueness to it, and, most of all, has its own identity regarding the visual elements.

There are many reasons to consider Octopath Traveler as one of the best games available for Nintendo Switch. An interesting story put together with several charismatic characters. A deep and addictive battle system as well as both excellent visuals and audio working together to create one the best releases of the year.

Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is one of the best options in Switch’s catalogue. The combination of a huge amount of funny puzzles along with multiple additions to this version make it feel like an interesting purchase.

Red Faction Guerrilla is back with a remastered version that is not enough to make up for the 10-year-old flaws of the game. In spite of the fact that destroying everything is still quite fun, there are better options nowadays for the fans of these crazy action games.

The Crew 2 outperforms its predecessor in almost all aspects. New disciplines, vehicles and better graphics join a cooperative multiplayer really fun that we have attached to the title for weeks.

This port is, simply put, just ok. The graphical quality has been downgraded significantly in order to make the core of the experience, which is the gunplay, still smooth and enjoyable even in handheld mode. Definitely, Switch is not the best place to play Wolfenstein II but, at least, the gameplay is good enough to make killing nazis on the way a total joy.

Nintendo Switch has allowed to keep the traditional elements that attracted the core fan base while welcoming new players. It has been done by means of a rewind feature that facilitates the use of ‘Flashback’. Even though it remains as a simple port of a game that most have already played, it still is worth a ride.

Super Bomberman R makes its grand debut on PlayStation 4 without any significant changes. The fun part of the game stays with its story mode as well as the local multiplayer, due to the fact that there are barely any active online sessions. The gameplay, albeit simple and effective, feels old-fashioned and it becomes repetitive after some time.

It is not that this game has undergone a new change to its visuals or gameplay, but that it has become a complete adventure containing all of its expansion in a unique physical edition. Besides, this represents its arrival on Nintendo Switch, which means that it is in a position that allows for it to get new players.

We are not facing a failed production, but it misses the opportunity of reviving the genre with new stuff. It stays in a known field, with a graphic element that does not stand out, but has a wild style we really love.

Mario Tennis Aces has some of the best gameplay mechanics that we have ever seen in a tennis game. It’s fun, balanced and fair, making this game a potential multiplayer success. However, the lack of single player content and a dedicated competitive system makes this launch relatively incomplete.

Even though The Office Quest is fun, has its own and unique style, has a charming art design and, overall, its humour works really well, lacks a good history and has too many loading screens, giving as a result an interesting adventure that could have been better.

Wreckfest is a solid product. It is fun, has a good amount of content, gives to the player a wide range of personalization and it is visually great. Because of that, even though it doesn’t offer something that we haven’t seen before, we recommend it for every player that likes the off-road and demolition genres.

Yesterday Origins is a remarkable graphic adventure that, however, does not manage to shine on Nintendo Switch due several technical issues. It remains the memorable piece of art it once was, with a wonderful story to follow, but there are some serious drops in framerate that need to be worked on.
