Dead Rising 4 brings back the fun of its previous installments, but does not risk at all. It needs serious changes in its gameplay mechanics for better results.

Control Ultimate Edition - Cloud Version is a solid gaming experience that you can enjoy on Nintendo Switch if you can't try the Remedy title on another platform - it obviously doesn't look as good as it does on PS4 or Xbox One, but it feels and looks very similar.

Mass Effect: Andromeda is a great project by BioWare, and it is a stunning experience. Amazing narrative and plot, a true feeling of exploration and a very dynamic combat system. Even though its animations may not be the best, this game offers hours and hours of action and entertainment.

Need for Speed heat has one of the best gameplay and visuals ever seen in a racing game. It also marks a change for the franchise, a game that focus more on street racing rather than the story. However, it takes a lot of mechanics from other games like The Crew or Forza Horizon, resulting in an experience that, although it's fun, lacks personality.

The game sets whole new standards for the genre, hence looking like a promising future is ahead. Now it is time to see if Throne and Liberty can truly shine on its own.

Matterfall brings back retro gameplay mechanics in a futurist set. However, it does not bring anything new and becomes a little bit repetitive due to this.

Assassin’s Creed III Remastered is a worthy opportunity to revisit one of the most undervalued games in the series. Despite its imperfections, the world that Ubisoft created 7 years ago manages to preserve its magic. An experience that has been reinforced by a set of technical and playable improvements that accompany this new version.

Nintendo Switch Sports is a game that arrives in a situation of need: two years after a pandemic that led us to isolation, Nintendo brings us something that encourages us to connect with others again. I will continue to play it until my body takes it... or until my friends get tired of me after taking the game with me everywhere.

Despite lacking content in some of its game modes, like Franchise or Ultimate Team, Electronic Arts manages to deliver a very solid basketball game focused on “The One”, where players are able to become a legend whether it happens on the NBA, the streets, or perhaps even both. Also, the addition of the WNBA helps in order to give some uniqueness to its possibilities.

Assassin’s Creed returns with the trilogy that featured one of the most charismatic videogame characters and made the saga great. Enhanced graphics for this new generation of consoles, but Ubisoft could have done a much better job with this remastered version.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is the sequel of the first installment that does not bring anything new to the Dragon Ball saga. Disappointing and not living up to the expectations, DBX2 is not what the fans of the saga wanted.

Planet Alpha is a game with great ideas and a not-so-good execution. Its puzzles are too simple and its platforming zones are almost nonexistent, resulting in mediocre gameplay. However, the incredible artistic level and good storytelling keep the experience afloat.

Gylt is a worthwhile adventure not only for the story, but also because of the challenges it puts in front of us. It has been developed so that it can be enjoyed by any type of player, whether they are a fan of horror and puzzle games, or new to them. The title was released for the now defunct Stadia back in 2019, but Tequila Works has decided to recreate it so that it can be enjoyed again on other platforms.

Terminator 2D: No Fate is the T2 arcade game that should have existed in 1991 and we finally have in 2025, better late than never. Bitmap Bureau has created a labor of love that shows in every pixel, every animation, every boss pattern that makes you sweat.

Glowmade has nailed the essentials: a fun, addictive co-op with a solid foundation to grow. The audiovisual presentation is superb, with animations that rival Adult Swim quality and outstanding voice acting work. Combat is accessible yet satisfying, and the dungeon creator has the potential to turn this into a phenomenon if the community responds. It's not perfect. Progression can get somewhat tedious at specific points, the base scenario variety might fall short in the long run, and the camera has its occasional issues. But these are minor gripes in an experience that, as a whole, works wonderfully.

Aeterna Noctis is everything you'd expect from a metroidvania: sprawling, demanding, cryptic, and above all, ripe for mastery. Although multiple design decisions tarnish what would otherwise be an unquestioning masterpiece, it is welcome and recommended for any fan of the genre, especially given its impressive artwork and marvelous mythology.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is exactly how you adapt years of tradition to the current design formulae. The game is living proof that each and every change is a perfect chance to take a step forward. In that specific sense, the risks that Nintendo undertook have certainly paid off: the ninth Pokémon generation will certainly be one to be talked about for years. Paldea is not about representing a culture, but those of us who live within it. I can only be proud to belong to a place that is seen with so much beauty from the outside. Long live Pokémon, long live Game Freak and long live all of those that made happen this beauty of a game.

The work of Dlala Studios is good and entertaining, especially to play with family and friends, but its limited content can take its toll because after so long we have been wanting more, much more. The best part is that the Battletoads are back and we hope it is to stay for many years.
