Mario Tennis Aces has some of the best gameplay mechanics that we have ever seen in a tennis game. It’s fun, balanced and fair, making this game a potential multiplayer success. However, the lack of single player content and a dedicated competitive system makes this launch relatively incomplete.- Areajugones

Just Dance 2018 is an improvement over the previous version; everything that was already working has been improved, the menus are now more intuitive and simple, and Ubisoft is still thinking about the kids in the house. Without a doubt, it will be one of the great successes of this Christmas, especially in the Nintendo platforms.- Areajugones

EA Sports has delivered the most complete UFC game ever. This fighting simulator features an amazingly realistic combat gameplay and one of its few flaws is that the Career Mode is a little bit repetitive. Essential for those who love fighting games or enjoy the sport.- Areajugones

The 15-year wait for the saga has been good for this brand new installment, as it has a depth of gameplay worthy of the best RPGs of the moment. Its great customization of each character's play style is very addictive and its artistic style and setting are beautiful, but it is also weighed down by a story with good ideas but improvable execution and an exploration that does not stand out.- Areajugones

Last Day of June is a game that, even though it is not as emotional as it could seem, does a great job entertaining the player and delivers a story where everything revolves around the memories.- Areajugones

Sloclap has delivered one of the best indie games of this 2017. Although it lacks a deep and more interesnting story, it has unique combat and gameplay mechanics that are rewarded with a great progression. An amazing journey and a stunning game.- Areajugones

Cattails is a big surprise. A game that initially looks extremely simple but that deep down hides lots of mechanics, systems and high quality content that can keep us playing for dozens of hours. Despite some flaws, it’s an easy-to-recommend experience.- Areajugones

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 excels as a One Piece game. It may not be perfect, given that musou games tend to easily become repetitive. However, as it stands right now, there is no better way to experience Eiichiro Oda's work in the videogames community.- Areajugones

This is not a memorable game, but it is a gift for all the fans of Digimon, and its simple mechanics help to approach it to any kind of player. Its story becomes diffuse and you may lose the interest, but even with that it is pretty fun.- Areajugones

Rebirth is a new face to the saga and, thanks in no small part to its magnificent script, it is actually the best game of the franchise. However, it takes a considerable step back as a survival horror. The enemies lack any sense of real terror and the overall difficulty of the game is quite low. Basically, Rebirth is a great adventure game, but it also is extremely disappointing as a horror game.- Areajugones

Gran Turismo comes to PlayStation 4 clearly focused on the online content and on the eSports, forgetting too much about the single player mode. Polyphony Digital has decided to bring something new to the saga thanks to better gameplay mechanics and realism.- Areajugones

Wild Hearts S achieves its primary goal: bringing a solid and distinctive hunting experience to the Nintendo Switch 2. It's not the best way to play Wild Hearts, but it's a competent port that understands its limitations and works within them.- Areajugones

The Medium is a game with neither big flaws nor anything it really excels at. The gameplay is quite simple and the story kind of reaches a mid point in between a horror book and a socio-political discourse that do not really match. In the end, it all amounts to a mediocre game by Bloober Team that, most likely, will have been forgotten by the end of the year.- Areajugones

HEXWORKS has managed to take the best and the worst of the legendary From games, but adding new mechanics that make the title look fabulous. We have fascinating bosses, large areas to explore and enemies that I would not want to see even in my worst nightmares. Without a doubt, we are facing one of the great surprises of 2023 and it has most likely established the basis of some mechanics for future Soulslike-type titles.- Areajugones

SAND LAND is definitely a good open world game, but not a game that exactly lives up to Akira Toriyama's legacy. It is unfortunate that SAND LAND's release and Toriyama's death ended up so close to each other, but it makes you feel like they could have done more with a title that finds its strengths in how close it follows the manga and how nice the fights on vehicles feel.- Areajugones
