Tempo looks great on the surface, but it’s far too simple to recommend. It’s worth noting that Tempo feels like a simple free to play game, but it’s actually a paid game with no in-app purchases.- Apple'N'Apps

Godus gets off to a promising start that sadly falls flat after awhile leaving you not much to do, and not much incentive to keep coming back to the ever increasing wait times.- Apple'N'Apps

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic ($9.99, iPad) is an exquisite game of the past, but is a mediocre game of the present. The main battle sequences stem from combating the poor touch controls, bland gameplay sequences, and numerous game structure issues. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is better off not on the iPad, and thus one to skip.- Apple'N'Apps

Duet Game is only for you if you like being a glutton for punishment, as the game doesn’t walk that fine balance between challenge, and enjoyment. Instead it loses the enjoyment along the way making it one to spin past.- Apple'N'Apps

Color Zen ($0.99, Universal) look promising on the surface, but below the colorful outer shell, there just isn’t much. It ends up blending in with the plethora of other puzzle games in the App Store making it one to skip.- Apple'N'Apps

Tiny Tower Vegas shows that Nimblebit has gone to the well one too many times leaving a bland, repetitive, grind in its wake that is sadly one to skip despite the developer’s pedigree.- Apple'N'Apps

The House of the Dead: Overkill – The Lost Reels ($4.99, Universal) is a bland, and repetitive shooter that doesn’t deliver anything that’s truly noteworthy or enjoyable. The title is longer than the actual gameplay, making it one to skip.- Apple'N'Apps

It's more of the same arcade style that was fresh at the end of 2011, but stale today. There's very little actual gameplay, and the heart of the app seems to be the plethora of things to buy or upgrade.- Apple'N'Apps

Contra: Evolution is based on the classic, but the “Evolution” enhancements aren’t necessarily good things. The entire experience feels muted kind of stuck in between the past and present, and failing to deliver the best parts of either.- Apple'N'Apps

R.B.I. Baseball 14 is sadly one to skip, as there are some misgivings that just can’t be overlooked, and drag down all of the other good parts of this baseball game. It’s as though R.B.I. Baseball 14 hit what looks to be an inside the park home run, but gets tagged out at home.- Apple'N'Apps

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Rooftop Run ($1.99, Universal) is neither good nor bad, and just another endless runner that doesn’t even take the ninja turtles theme to heart. A game needs to be better than mediocre to deserve your time, making TMNT: Rooftop Run worth skipping with better choices out there.- Apple'N'Apps
