Despite the small number of tracks Reckless Racing is not only one of the best top down racers on the app store but arguably one of the best racers full stop.- AppGamer

Run Roo Run takes a simple concept and creates a game full of depth, style and character. It's a perfect example of what can be achieved with a bit of imagination and a one touch control system.- AppGamer

While seasoned players may find that Burnout Crash! is a little lighter on content than they would like, the game is certainly a blast while it lasts and if you're up against friends on Origin the Autolog can get very competitive.- AppGamer

For a game that relies on stats, Game Dev Story oozes charm and character. You will care about your company and its hard working employees, even when they fail you. It's this winning formula that will see you playing in to the small hours and possibly even laying awake at night, wondering just how you can make that one special game every developer dreams about.- AppGamer

It's a vast improvement over anything seen on the platform so far in the shooter genre. More importantly, it's an engrossing and enjoyable game.- AppGamer

As with the iPad version, Ant Raid on the iPhone feels like it was made with a lot of love and attention. The cartoon driven story and mix of strategy and tapping make this a unique title and a worthy addition to the RTS genre. The game seems to have only improved with age.- AppGamer

It's significantly more difficult than Resurrection to gain a good score and relies on a good knowledge of enemy patterns and levels. This might put some newer gamers off and anyone new to the series would probably be better of starting with the other game, but for Bullet Hell veterans, Blissful Death might be just the challenge they need.- AppGamer

It's arguably as good as Angry Birds, though it's missing the cute cartoon story. I really do want to know more about Om Nom and I'm hoping the developers see fit to add a story in the next update. Ultimately, though, you need to get this game. It really is the best 59p you'll have spent this month.- AppGamer

Assuming that the multi-player will come soon enough and being only swayed a little by the lack of modes, FIFA 11 is still the Football game of choice on iDevices. It sets the standard other football games must follow once again.- AppGamer

The addition of the gems system from the console game makes for an extra incentive to win matches, though the energy bar system that limits your online play time unless you pay real money is a something I'm not happy with at all in a paid app.- AppGamer

Mirror's Edge is a very enjoyable experience and one that you'll keep coming back to in order to beat your best times. With just a few additions it would be perfect, but as it stands the game is still recommended for fans of Canabalt and the original console game.- AppGamer

Despite the odd control issue and a slight case of repetition, Dark Meadow is a fantastic horror mystery that straddles point-and-click adventures and the combat style Role Playing dynamics of Infinity Blade. If you're a Horror fan with an iPad or iPhone then you should sign up for your stay in the Dark Meadow hospital straight away.- AppGamer

While the perfectly balanced scoring system encourages replays, it's really the presentation, effort and generally cute 60's vibe that makes Whale Trail stand out, alongside that instantly memorable soundtrack from Gruff Rhys. Whale Trail is a refreshing blast of multicoloured fun that will brighten up even the darkest day.- AppGamer

Scoretable issues aside, Ski Safari is an excellent addition to the genre and offers up a lot of replay value. The simple control system and excellent characters make it easy to recommend to those looking for their next big endless runner title.- AppGamer

With two different difficulty settings and Crystal support there's plenty of re-play value when you've finished the game and only the slightly dodgy dialogue and bad humour stands in the way of making this a classic app.- AppGamer

It's hard to resist those cute little rotund aliens who just want to get home and so, despite its length, The Marbians makes up for the lack of game time on charm and great level design.- AppGamer

Cross Fingers has a lot of potential where the strengths outweigh the flaws. It's not the prettiest game to look at and there are times that you will want to throw you iTouch against the wall with frustration; however, this just increases its playability!- AppGamer

Despite the cost, though, Final Fantasy III is an impressive journey that successfully mixes old style RPGs with newer design and controls. For long term fans of the series and those who are curious about classic RPGs this is a must.- AppGamer

Overall, it's an app that you should consider. It's very much the same of what we've seen before, but in a sense it's something fresh. It's old goods served on a silver platter in that respect. When described in its most basic form, a platformer where you run around picking up bits of scrap with the ability to defy gravity, it doesn't sound much of a treat.- AppGamer

The beauty of this pricing structure is that I can recommend the basic game to anyone to see if they like it enough to spend more. It could be said that you're paying for a demo, but that would be unfairly cynical on what is a rather outstanding game to begin with.- AppGamer

At first glance, Lara Croft's new outing may seem nothing like the Tomb Raider games of old, but it owes far more to Lara's past than you might think and ultimately, forgiving the odd slip with positioning, plays like one of her best games to date.- AppGamer

Asphalt 7 Heat is a pretty full package that, while not being a major overhaul of the series, does enough to warrant a purchase by fans. It's certainly one of the best looking games on the App Store and you can't fault it for doing pretty much what it sets out to do; being a fast, no nonsense arcade racer.- AppGamer

Destructopus is a crazy concept that does a decent job at entertaining the masses with chaos and fire. What it doesn't do is keep the fire going, with many features left to be desired and the music annoying the tentacles out of me.- AppGamer
