Fun to play, but it might be too much for those who aren't interested in spending time in the design process. You'll also need to get past the complex display.- Adrenaline Vault

While some of the puzzles touch the edge of too challenging, overall they are some of the best in the business since "Myst" hit the scene.- Adrenaline Vault

While it is an unabashed ripoff and lacks any form of innovation compared to what has gone before, this is a competent dirt bike racing game, which despite its limitations can provide sustained enjoyment for a lot of motorcycle aficionados.- Adrenaline Vault

Like the similar P.N.03 for the GameCube, however, extremely repetitive levels and generally bland design detract from the overall experience.- Adrenaline Vault

Zoo Empire does add depth to the "Zoo Tycoon" formula, but plays it safe and doesn’t make any effort to change the established norm. If you tried "Zoo Tycoon" but didn’t think that it had enough options or graphical punch, Zoo Empire is for you.- Adrenaline Vault

As it stands, however, Championship Surfer should only be reserved for the die-hard surfing fanatics and PC owners who have an undeniable penchant for extreme sports.- Adrenaline Vault

While this sequel is not at all an embarrassment, its gameplay never matches the high level indicated by the truly great character depictions and scenic backdrops.- Adrenaline Vault

In many ways, it's most similar to a game released in 1990: "Dune."- Adrenaline Vault

Atlantis: Evolution hangs its hat on being an adventure game, but it doesn’t present the fine challenge that those who are serious about the sport expect, plus it includes too much tedium for those who are casual players.- Adrenaline Vault

Sure, there is a deep convoluted plotline and beautiful backdrops, but the deficiencies in interface, action sequences, and conversations are quite serious.- Adrenaline Vault

Alpha Black Zero isn’t a bad game, but it’s hobbled by so many execution problems that it never really catches wind in its sails.- Adrenaline Vault

Essentially a graphics enhancement pack bundled with a short single-player campaign and a title many have already played, all for around 20 dollars after rebate.- Adrenaline Vault

Between interface flaws, its stern focus upon drab and dull key-hunting, and a wholly frustrating inventory system, much of the game's potential magic is lost. In the end, The Messanger's pseudo-historical atmosphere is all that it's got going for it.- Adrenaline Vault

The visuals are fine, but the sound and music are not. The off-road theme is great, but the redneck flavor fizzles completely.- Adrenaline Vault

Completely engrossing, from the horribly narrated opening sequence to the pulse-pounding excitement of the final encounter. What Arx Fatalis lacks in innovation and polish, it more than makes up for in rich atmosphere.- Adrenaline Vault

A mediocre offering. While it has its fun moments, and some of the maps are intriguing, Legends ultimately comes across as lacking ingenuity.- Adrenaline Vault

Lionheart is to RPGs what "Serious Sam" is to first-person shooters: It's a strict genre game that's stripped down to its essence and is pleasantly devoid of the all too common overarching that happens when too many disparate parts are crammed into the same code base for the sake of widening the target audience.- Adrenaline Vault

The gameplay itself lacks any compelling reason to keep at it. Slow, stately and with an emphasis on stealth and absolutely, positively nothing else, the majority of gamers will find themselves bored.- Adrenaline Vault

An occasionally buggy, always laggy and generally sub par release to get there. Crystal Dynamics lost everything they made right in "Soul Reaver 2," as the fluid combat, dexterous hero and grand puzzles have been sacrificed.- Adrenaline Vault

Graphics aside, several key issues keep it from reaching the level expected of today's sims, such as: a difficult-to-access multiplayer mode, a mediocre interface, poor sound effects, and harder-than-necessary difficulty.- Adrenaline Vault

If you enjoyed the original Echelon, you will no doubt get enjoyment out of this sequel. However, there is not much here that is innovative or that really deepens the gameplay from the original. With little story, mundane missions, and significant control deficiencies, Echelon: Wind Warriors has little to attract new players.- Adrenaline Vault
