The control mechanism and its efficient usage present the thin line between victory and failure. In this respect, Z: Steel Soldiers is both very well conceived, and extremely demanding in hardware.- ActionTrip

The large number of missions, the three campaigns, authentic ships and weapons and historical battles are bound to thrill any fan of naval RTS games.- ActionTrip

Despite the fact that Vietnam's overall presentation, its price ($19.99 USD), and especially the marketing campaign (or the lack of thereof) surrounding the game may've indicated that this is just another value title by Infogrames, the quality of the gameplay, and Vietnam's intense in-game atmosphere painted a different picture.- ActionTrip

I think the developers would've had a winner on their hands if they invested more time into fine-tuning the AI and ironing out serious bugs, as opposed to merely beefing up the visuals and adding more random side-quests -most of which take you through the same areas we've witnessed the first time around. As a result, Clear Sky is, in fact, an underdeveloped shooter with wasted potential.- ActionTrip

Not only did they slack off while writing AI routines, and ship a buggy game, but they also didn't innovate the series in any way; let alone take it to the next level.- ActionTrip

Familiar elements from Hitman are felt throughout the game. While some gamers may find this a welcomed facet, it's really disappointing that after all these years Io didn't show enough determination and creativity to bring something new to the scene of contemporary shooters.- ActionTrip

The gameplay mechanics are there, but the essence and soul of a true RPG, is absent. The world is beautiful, but somehow feels like you've been there before.- ActionTrip

The game's AI is highly commendable. The thing that I liked most is that on the streets of the Zombievilles, the traffic is conducted normally, in accordance with basic regulations.- ActionTrip

I cannot say it has many faults, but its AI is lacking and it definitely needs more polish. The thing with Codename: Panzers is that it is very playable, though not revolutionary or original in any way.- ActionTrip

A technically polished title which made amends for all of the flaws the original game had, yet which is still far from appealing or capable of holding gamers' attention, and I'm speaking even of the hard-core BattleTech fans.- ActionTrip

I guess I would recommend it to Clive Barker fans. Bear in mind that there are obvious drawbacks to it, too. If you can live with the abovementioned issues (mostly concerning the tedious elements in the level design and its appearance), you will find stuff that you can like in this one.- ActionTrip

Clearly an an unfinished game. We have yet to see whether the patch will remedy some of these problems. Well, quite frankly, there are too many obvious flaws and bugs, so it's going to have to be one helluva patch...- ActionTrip

Company of Heroes 2 feels much like playing the same game we’ve played all those years back. Apart from that, it honestly doesn’t offer any changes to a familiar formula.- ActionTrip

Either you'll drop the whole thing, because it's too slow, it takes way too much time (even with a radar), and it's just not "Counter-Strike," or you'll decide to suck it in and try to master the craft by arming yourself not only with big guns, but with a whole lot of patience and alertness. Being that I had to review the game, I had no choice, but to go for Door No. 2. Otherwise, I would most likely choose Door No. 1.- ActionTrip

Even though it has a great story, which is sufficiently complex and intriguing to keep you glued to the screen for hours, the game lacks depth we had a chance to see in "Baldur's Gate."- ActionTrip

If you thought that Offroad Redneck Racing would give you a lot of a lot of new jokes and good humor, you were much mistaken… on the other hand, you sure got a fine racing game which may hold you for a while.- ActionTrip

We expected a deep RPG experience and The Witcher 2: Assassins of King doesn't quite deliver on that front as much as its predecessor. I think the alteration of the combat system receives most of the blame for that...In short, frequent hack'n'slash style action puts less emphasis on tactics, character development or anything else that constitutes a really good role-playing game.- ActionTrip

It’s a fun ride even if it does not make much sense. In other words, never underestimate how much a good explosion can make up for other shortcomings.- ActionTrip

The new Hitman game does bring a lot of moodiness and great cinematic value, in addition to some of that customary gameplay that drew me to the franchise in the first place. Ultimately, however, because of some rather silly design mistakes, it fails to deliver the kind of experience I was hoping for.- ActionTrip

The beautiful vehicles made me feel good even with all that tumbling. They might seem to lack details both in textures and mashes, but after some driving you realize that is all compensated by their in-game behavior.- ActionTrip
