Due to several such flaws, the short main story and lack of more engaging side missions, the good stuff about this game, like its relatively open-ended nature and decent plot, good AI and fun combat, don't get a chance to truly shine.

As much as I enjoyed Anomaly 2, I have a very hard time recommending the console version to anyone. Even this non-PC gamer thinks I would have had a far better time with a keyboard and mouse.

It could've been way better, bearing in mind that the developers took the time to create a good story and brilliant setting for an RPG title (on top of using the Fallout SPECIAL system). Regrettably, the game suffers from several balancing issues.

The adventure is not on the difficult side; in fact I would only recommend it to the less experienced players.

I imagined many cool innovations in terms of gameplay - and let me tell you, I found only a few. But then, sometimes I have a vivid imagination and it's a shame that this expansion pack cannot fulfill even the slightest portion of it.

And I thought that only Eidos was impertinent enough to keep selling the same game with a slightly different name…

Lara Croft and The Temple of Osiris has a lot of great ideas running behind it, but the execution fell a little short.

You need a really good idea and revolutionary technology to actually achieve something on the market, and puzzle-adventure games are surely not top-of-the-pops.

Need I remind you that Silent Hill 2 failed to deliver a truly lasting horror experience on the PC. To our disappointment Silent Hill 3 doesn't expand on that aspect any further.

It should by no means be considered to be a submarine simulation, but rather a simple arcade shoot-em-up, used only for time wasting when you have nothing the least bit intelligent to play.

It is hard to shake the feeling that this could have been something special, at least in concept, that ultimately failed executing on its overall promise. Unless you have a VR headset that you are looking to justify, you may want to skip this rescue mission.

Be it because I'm not too good with 3D 3rd person multiplayer shooters with no first-person view, or because of the fact that this game had been made for younger players and not old bats like me, I couldn't make myself play it for more than several days.

Though the game is fine as a mediocre playable experience, many of the things that made the original so special have been neutered beyond repair.

As an independently produced rhythm game, LOUD on Planet X, succeeds at everything it sets out to do. It is an interesting perspective to approach the genre that is complimented by a very strong soundtrack.

I am personally disappointed that Hitman doesn't have anything unique about it any more. The lifeless main character keeps on moving through crowds, changing disguises for an eternity and then thinking of interesting ways to polishing someone off.

Simply put, the random missions are repetitive and they soon get very boring.

This game just isn't very interesting. Collecting endless items for a list becomes old after awhile, and there isn't enough other things to do to keep it interesting. The control system also makes playing more difficult and frustrating than it should be.

A huge disappointment for all adventure-game players, and might find some audience amongst hardcore Dune fans, but not for long.

So, once again, what Techland offers is Dead Island, Dead Island Riptide, and Retro Revenge in one package for 40 bucks. That still a pretty good offer. But just so you know, for 20 dollars more you can get Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition, which is just a better game.

Once Upon a Climb was short and sweet, with a heavy emphasis upon sweet. Short games aren’t always a bad thing, but Episode 3 leaves you feeling as though something is lacking.

Path of Neo *is* better than Enter the Matrix... for whatever that's worth. It's just that the omissions like the AI glitches, frame-rate drops, flimsy visuals, coupled of course with the abovementioned gameplay issues, do not justify the game's $50 price tag.

Will Rock can be fun and at times, but the designers screwed up the gameplay pace with the poor layout of the levels and their lackluster design, and, at times, awkward frequency of the spawning baddies.

The game packs an engaging multiplayer mode, but seeing as you won't spend more than a couple of hours with the clearly meager single-player campaigns, it really doesn't deserve your attention; nor does it justify the slightly steep price tag ($30).

Customization and realistic damage represent modest signs of progress and they make the gameplay interesting for a while. These additions, as I'm sure most of you will agree, fail to compensate for all those things that made ProStreet's predecessors shine - free-roam driving, outracing the cops, story-driven gameplay and so on.

Capcom obviously strove to create a game that would preserve the spirit and outlooks of its prequels (read - it's another damn PSX1 port). It seems that they pushed this tendency one step too far, and forgot to actually deliver anything new to the gaming scene.

While a very hilarious game, is not much of a successor to the LSL crown. The original LSL games were true, unabashed adventure games that required intelligence, wit and time to work through. The fact the game also featured a boatload of comedy about getting laid was just a bonus - the LSL games were fun to PLAY. LSL:MCL is nothing of the sort.

I liked Disciples 2 and I will miss it. Unless Akella does something amazing with this franchise, there's nothing else left to do but bury it and just move on.

The biggest gripe I had with this game are the rather easy puzzles and the fact that some important technical (gameplay) issues were not resolved properly.

Ynlike "Hot Date" and "Vacation," which gave you a sort of a goal, this latest expansion pack somehow takes you back to the game’s basics, with no particular goal in mind.
