This sequel doesn't bring anything revolutionary, but it certainly leaves an impression of a completed project. I believe that the authors meant to make the first part look like this.- ActionTrip

Yeah, you'll like it, but only if you were hard core about the original, or haven't played the original at all and happen to like this particular game genre.- ActionTrip

If you are really-truly hardcore about the Star Wars universe and you scoff at the "silly nuts and bolts weapons" and thing halogen lights are strangely appealing, with a patch here and there, Battlefront 2 just *might* be the experience you are looking for.- ActionTrip

Suspense is Primal Prey's main trump. People with a heart condition should definitely avoid this game. I am not sure how they did it, but the developers created a mighty eerie atmosphere.- ActionTrip

The new additions are fun and fairly innovative, but I doubt they'll be enough to hold the attention of even slightly jaded Sims players for long.- ActionTrip

So while the game's atmosphere, its intuitive interface and visual splendor are very commendable, it simply seems to lack more direction in terms of design. It's like the developers had all the tools, but lacked more imagination.- ActionTrip

Small innovations and enhancements are sure to attract people who were thrilled with the original game, but are highly unlikely to attract anyone else.- ActionTrip

One of those games that you can play for months without them loosing their initial charm. This has been achieved using great cartoon-like design, but the game still has too many flaws, the biggest of them being that it is incapable of providing lasting and exciting gameplay.- ActionTrip

While far from a dumpster fire, Deadlight: Director’s Cut is a mechanically sound platformer that is ultimately rather forgettable.- ActionTrip

As ridiculous as the plot sounds, it actually works fine if you're interested in checking out the game's Story Mode.- ActionTrip

All things considered, I think we can rather call this an excellent level editor with a lot of additional skirmish missions, rather than a truly innovative expansion pack.- ActionTrip

I really don't want to say that this game isn't a lot of fun. It is... Don't expect a world in which you can do anything you want, and the level design itself is very restrictive. You can buy houses and businesses for Christ's sake, you can even start a family, it just can be very shallow and simple at times.- ActionTrip

Something completely different; it is an original, innovative, interesting and witty game with a bunch of highly intelligent puzzles...However, Missing is also an example of how you can ruin a fantastic idea by throwing in tones of irrational and pointless mini-games and occult mumbo-jumbo.- ActionTrip

JTF was an experience bordering on mediocre that only managed to rise sporadically above my overall impression of it.- ActionTrip

Lack of multiplayer and the relatively short single-player certainly don't do much good for the game's replay value, so the decision on whether or not you should buy Armed and Dangerous depends greatly on how much you like the style of humor that oozes from every pore of this title.- ActionTrip

The sound is mediocre. Some little things are really neatly done, like the different engine sounds, hooters, rain noise, as well as the city-becoming announcers… unfortunately, most of the samples have just been taken from the first part.- ActionTrip

They've managed to make a consistent game world and suck the player into it. The fact remains, however, that including more mundane and frustrating elements of real world warfare is a double-edged blade, especially when some of the other technical elements of your game are not up to snuff - like the AI, or clunky engine.- ActionTrip

This game brings no improvements whatsoever over its predecessor. In fact, none of the humor and delightful characters in it cannot divert our belief that this game spoiled a once fun and inventive franchise.- ActionTrip

Younger gamers are sure to be drawn into the story and the fluent gameplay, which rarely offers any particular brainstorming. Also, it’s a fair assumption that Tolkien fans and average gamers might find something in it as well.- ActionTrip

Purge, despite not having the best graphics ever, is chock full 'o' fun... If you have the means, than by all means, pick it up. It might be what TFC junkies need to hold them over until the big one arrives.- ActionTrip

Adventures of Pip is a good platformer in every sense of the phrase. It has a nostalgic, yet beautiful art style, fun concept, and gameplay that even seasoned platforming fans will absolutely adore. However, Pip has not much else beneath the surface.- ActionTrip

The most hyper-violent game I’ve seen since "Soldier of Fortune." Intentionally ironic and satirical, Postal 2 picks up where its predecessor left off – as a game that, while highly controversial, is shitloads of fun.- ActionTrip

What we have here is a bold attempt from Capcom; an attempt to provide what's best in JRPGs and Western themed games. Sadly, too many things get in the way of entertainment. The story is confusing and offers little to explain the world you're adventuring in.- ActionTrip

This game has committed a cardinal sin, and that sin is mediocrity. Nothing is special about it, and while it does have a fun, cinematic feel and some nicely featured historical missions, it simply does not feel memorable. Maybe I shouldn't have compared it to the original, but I have. Sue me.- ActionTrip

In the end, flaws like repetitive missions, dumb enemy AI, in addition to generally poor graphics, prevent Saints Row 2 from joining this year's list of top releases. Mind you, it doesn't stop this from being good clean fun.- ActionTrip
