The gameplay factor is much lower for MGS2.

The single-player game can be characterized as "same-old, same-old that's still very fun to play," while the multiplayer is good if you are willing to give it a proper shot. It is marred, however, with some stupid interface issues.

An interesting combo of action and adventure that will attract fans of both genres.

Ultimately though, a large portion of the experience still feels like a classic Call of Duty titles. We can't complain about it much, because no matter how many times you've played a game like this, each time you can't help but just enjoy the thrill of the ride, the vibrant new and impressive set-pieces and the adrenaline-pumping action.

It's gonna take you a while to get a grip on the controls, since there are many keys that need to be memorized in order to pull off different moves. As such, I think that many gamers might not be satisfied with the keyboard option.

With Episode 3 it seems like each location involves a more comedy goodness than before, allowing you to have even more fun with the dialogue and some of the scenes.

The only thing is that we were looking forward to more innovative elements, next to Indiana's unique abilities, swinging and climbing on ropes and such. The gameplay style is getting a bit stale at this point.

It tells you a great story, but it never goes beyond that in terms of giving the player more freedom...Don't get me wrong, the game is still very addictive in that classic adventure sense, as it makes you wanna play an extra hour to see what's gonna happen.

The game is fun and amusing after so many years of waiting for a decent adventure, but it still doesn't manage to stand up to the traditional and utterly absurd puzzles the old LucasArts game is famous for.

Sadly, this episode fails to take the series further in terms of humor. Most of the gags seem a bit recurring and, in many situations, it's obvious the development team chose to stick with a specific line of jokes, most of which tend to follow the same pattern.

As long as the modders keep doing what they do best, it’s possible to never run out of things for your goat to destroy.

It’s a solid and well-polished shooter.

Once you get used to the level of detail and the specific German interface, (right mouse button, right!) and really get into the beautiful surroundings and music and the fantastic feeling of conquering a new world, there is no end to fun.

The game doesn't innovate the genre in any way, but it does provide long hours of fun gameplay for those of us who are fans of action-adventure games.

The colors look relatively poor, and the camera still cannot be moved in 3D; this is one of the worst flaws of the game as it actually affects gameplay.

You won't find any ingenious plot moments. On the other hand, the story itself is decent enough to keep you playing for some time.

Experiencing Blitzkrieg was a challenge and it was fun in almost every aspect. Skirmishes, single missions, and the campaigns are all well-balanced and lengthy, so you can be sure they will take up a lot of your time.

A well-conceived expansion pack, which offers plenty of new single-player excitement...but the fact remains that I still had troubles positioning my troops exactly how I wanted to.

Play it patiently, explore, fight and enjoy... It just might do the trick before the heavy hitters like Starlancer and Freelancer arrive.

I really enjoyed the moody ambiance, in addition to the addictive gameplay mechanics, which, you'll have to admit is more important than pompous, fancy graphics...My biggest regret is that this didn't turn out to be a longer game, with more characters and a more intricate plot.

Chrome's strong points make it a shooter worth playing. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good, albeit rough around the edges shooter experience.

The improvements to the interface, speed, etc. make this a superior game to the original without adding significant difficulties (which it already contained in spades). It doesn't make the game easier to learn, but if it's your cup of tea, consider this a bigger, nicer looking cup.

Spore is an impressive and ambitious mix of game genres. Perhaps at some point, the developers saw it as overambitious, so it's obvious they started losing perspective a bit.

In spite of its technical and audio-visual flaws, RoboForge is a true hit. Thinking up and tweaking your robots offers a lot of challenge, replay value, and entertainment.

Again, I say this as someone who's been playing the Colin McRae games ever since the first one came out; DiRT 2 is still a great racing game. While it doesn't deliver the kind of comprehensive single-player like in earlier CMR titles, it certainly stands on its own and adds many welcomed elements to the license (hence the higher mark).

It reminded me a lot of Lost Vikings, which is nice.

Every scenario features a chain of dynamic events that will keep you alert and busy almost constantly. In addition, the storyline is well-structured and has amazing character depth.

Every second of the game, it vibrates with the desire of programmers to make you feel the pure, clean fun of the adventuring.
