A few rough edges remain, but aside from that Suikoden III is a well planed and executed Strategy Rpg, that draws the player into the game in a way that few Rpg’s do.

About the only downside to Defender is the games overall length…it is rather short and can probably be finished in one or two sittings by veteran players.

Probably one of the toughest titles released for the PS2 and right up there with the other games in the Contra series.

Not a total disappointment. Konami did a wonderful job with the graphics and sound. Unfortunately, the rest needs some work.

Whilst not the most gripping or exciting game I have ever played, it is nevertheless fun-filled & entertaining and one that parents (or grandparents!) could easily sit down and play with the kids! Ripper!

Similar to the last outing [the story levels] may be tough to get through, but they are a bit on the short side.

The graphics are sweet, and the racing is sweeter still. Its pure, unashamed, high-energy fun, and it lasts for ages!

The irreverent nature of the game really lends itself to multi-player action.

With over 60 hours of gameplay and hundreds of animated characters both familiar and a new, Kingdom Hearts should prove a massive hit over the festive season.

The storyline is marvelously weaved together with twists, turns and an amazing connectivity between the characters lives.

SWEET PACKAGE. The graphics are gorgeous and gameplay was an extremely nice experience as well as addictive.

Frequency will grab a hold of your senses and won’t let go. The visuals are mind blowing and the audio is diverse and alive. This splash of sensual delight coupled with gameplay that becomes more addictive as you play puts Frequency on a higher plane than other games in the same class.

Almost perfect - storyline notwithstanding.

WOW, I thought SSX was a great game to begin with even more solid gameplay, yummy graphics and audio that just rocks... Tricky is just AWESOME !

The control is infallible.

It was a completely absorbing game that I just did not wish to stop playing. Even when I took the occasional break, my thoughts seemed to always drift back to this fantasy world.

The gameplay is rock solid and the graphical upgrade makes everything feel fresh and new.

Crawling through hoards of dungeons in search for more, and more pieces to your missing world never got old for me. I was always driven to go on.

Lunar 2 is a template for what sequels should be. While not pushing the graphical limits of the Playstation, the involved story and excellent soundtrack are wondrous.

The learning curve is perfect and the courses are nice and long with plenty of shortcuts to lob off those precious seconds of your time.

The game has depth (if you give it the proper time it needs to shine through), but there is very little to hold onto until this aspect of the game becomes apparent.

A fifty+ hour game, beautiful sound and graphics, and an interactive fighting system all wrapped in one great experience.

The game is light-years ahead of its time - even with the handful of annoying 'glitches' that occasionally rear their ugly head within the game.

Well, while the graphics certainly cannot compare to the movie, the gameplay is very good and the story plays out in videogame format quite nicely. There is a lot to see and do while guiding Buzz around in this fantasyland of toys.

The graphics are a bit grainy but the fine animation and attention to detail more than make up for it. There are tons of secrets to open up, lots of game options and intense challenging gameplay.

Don't expect a graphical treasure but the gameplay will take take some time to complete while raising a few smiles on the way.

Combines all of the best elements from other kart racers, adds a few unique touches and throws out all of the crap. What gamers are left with is an exciting 2 to 4 player game and a very challenging 1 player mode.

Yeah, the graphics are kinda crunchy and dated compared to what we have become accustomed to today, but the sound effects, music and the awesome storylines are enough to drive these titles into the stratosphere. It would be downright criminal for any self-respecting RPGer to deprive themselves of these epic adventures.
