  • Summary: With the addition of two new courses (a downtown Tokyo circuit and the Monte Carlo Grand Prix course), an impressive range of cars (from Vipers to Cooper Minis), and a soundtrack featuring everything from Lenny Kravitz to Jimi Hendrix, this highly anticipated title is finally ready to be driven.

Everything a racing game should be. It's tough, challenging and ultimately educational.
  2. 100
From the little details on the cars up to the driving physics, everything is dead on. I know a little bit about racing concepts (speed limits? What are those?), and the game executes them with near perfection.

The feeling of jubilation once you have Gold awards for every area of every test is immeasurable.
  4. 94
Every fan of racing will find something to love in GT3, and purists will find a veritable Mecca of cars, tracks, and realism.
  5. 90
While it has its flaws, is by far the best console racer on the planet, and betters its predecessors in nearly every respect.
  6. By far the most crafted and exceptional driving game around, but something or even anything new wouldn't go amiss.

This was the first Playstation 2 game I ever had. I received it as a Christmas gift and play it still to this day in 2022. Gran Turismo 4This was the first Playstation 2 game I ever had. I received it as a Christmas gift and play it still to this day in 2022. Gran Turismo 4 was objectively a better game due to the increased content and slightly better graphics, but this will forever be my favorite game of all time. I would give anything to be 11 years old again so I could recreate those same memories. Expand

It sucks. It's way too long to get money and it's boring.
