Although fans did dodge quite a bullet with Frontiers, Torchlight 3 isn’t the sequel TL2 deserves: it’s really just an okay action RPG filled with cute pets and a base of operations gimmick that adds little compared with the enormous amount of stuff that’s lacking at launch. Dungeons will need a big update, combat could be more intense, and the world map is just too damn linear to enjoy.

Partisans 1941 is a good title within the genre of tactical action that inevitably recalls what was seen in the Commandos saga. The addition of the camp management, as well as the different improvement trees of each of the characters try to give it its own identity and they succeed in many moments. Windbound is pretty much a breath of fresh air for the sandbox-survival-crafting scenario where the sense of exploration is the real protagonist. It’s easy to pick up and easy to play, but one would wish the enemy AI was smarter and technical side as a whole, less buggy.

Creating RPG on Switch or editing them is not as comfortable as on PC. Even so, this version of RPG Maker MV offers a correct gateway to the world of video game development. You could ask for more from this port.

If you add a new shooting system that is counterintuitive, the utter disinterest by the studio in the single-player modes, and the ever present microtransactions, you finish up with a game that could be much greater than what it manages to be.

Super Mario deserved a better celebration, because this collection is incomplete and It doesn't improve the 3D classic titles in a proper way. However, these are still incredible games and it's good to have them in Nintendo Switch.

Total War Troy has all you love in Total War series: epic massive battles, a good city-management system and great setting.

If I like something about video games, it is that they never cease to amaze me. I did not expect anything from PGA Tour 2K21, maybe those low expectations have played in his favor I do not deny it, but the truth is that I have found a good game in him. Its adaptability to different levels, the feeling of progress in your game, the local multiplayer and that feeling of not being able to leave the controller on the table and always wanting a little more are its greatest supporters. I hope that the community will give this title a chance that it needs it to continue growing and improve its deficiencies for future iterations. Hopefully in PGA Tour 2K22 we can handle pro players on the circuit and find a deeper career mode.
