A great first person shooter, but at the same time a formula that starts to feel dated with this iteration. Modern Warfare 3 is an off-line spectacle and another splendid multiplayer game.

What Remains of Edith Finch is a fairytale. One that not only makes us recover our faith in this kind of genre, but also enforces it with ingenious ideas and a rhythm that makes it impossible not to advance to the very end. Attractive, magical and with a great imagination, Edith Finch is the best walking simulator of the year, and one that best captures the soul of the genre.

A dark and amazing game: Its atmosphere, gameplay and artistic work come together perfectly. Dishonored is just a masterpiece, and no action-fan should miss out on it.

Limbo is worth experiencing for the atmosphere alone, this little child´s world is an amazing place to get engaged. Aside of an obvious lack of complexity in its gameplay side this is one of the most artistic achievements you will see for years.

Its new gameplay elements and other additions like the multiplayer modes makes this one the most complete Assassin's Creed this far. Brotherhood is an amazing follow-up for the sequel and an amazing way to conclude Ezio Auditore's adventures also in PC.

Mario Kart 8 is the funniest and craziest iteration in the series. But its lack in innovation and gameplay modes is the only thing that keeps the game from being the best in the Mario Kart franchise.

Super Mario Maker is more than a videogame, it is the best way to understand the history of this franchise. Deep and accessible, this is not the Mario game that we expected, but it is definitely an awesome surprise.

Dead Space is one of best Survival Horror releases in years. Tense, violent and incredibly aggressive; playing it at night with a loud 5.1 sound system can provide you the most spectacular scare moments of your life.

Maybe Bioshock 2 is not as emotionally engaging as its first iteration, but at same time retains the main virtues of its predecessor. A game that shows the maturity that the First Person Shooter has achieved in this generation.

Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix brings a superb opportunity to play again one of the best fighting games in the history of the videogames. The soul of the classic is no missing in this remake, and it's a must have of this final quarter of 2008.

Monster Hunter Wilds delivers superb action, customization, visuals and cutscenes and is certainly still king of its kind. It might however not please you if you're looking for an old-school hunting experience as this game leans much more into the newcomer side of the audience. There's handholding, a bit too much story going on and some monsters might feel underpowered against our ever-improving arsenal. Great game overall, hopefully it'll be better adjusted with TUs and a likely master rank expansion. [Recommended]
