Awakening reinvigorates the interest in Dragon Age: Origins. This expansion pack is what an add-on should be: long, exciting, stimulating and a great fuse of what that BioWare's masterpiece really is.

As its own developers admit, there’s an inspiration in games like Wipeout or F-Zero in both style and gameplay, but it manages to distance itself enough to have its own personality.

Terraria is a genuine action-platformer game. It is also a survival adventure and a RPG. And above all, is a great 2D sandbox game with amusing gameplay options.

Obscure and really paranoid first person adventure from the makers of Layers of Fear. Great atmosphere and a very dark and enjoyable story to step into.

Smackdown VS Raw 2009 is a step ahead for the series with new games modes with a perfect recreation of the WWE television experience.THQ needs to fix the poor collision detection and improve the combat system because is a litle simple and repetitive. It´s the best wrestling game but has a small problems to solve in next games.

Funny, big and inventive. Maybe it's not the next-gen gameplay revolution that many were waiting for, but Dead Rising 3 is sure to keep its fans busy for a long time.

HAWX is the enjoyable debut of the new Tom Clancy franchise from Ubisoft. The french company makes a risky bet by developing a game for a hard genre like the flying arcades, but this game achieves sensational results.

Puzzles, episodes and a lot of action. Revelations 2 doesn’t want to be the next summer blockbuster like the last iterations of the Resident Evil series, it’s a very nice zombies game.

Many people thought that changing the setting for this Call of Duty: WWII would be great. Maybe returning to historical events is not a bad notion and the new COD is an always slick shooter, but the game is also short on new ideas.

Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem is a good action isometric perspective RPG that knows how to take what you need from games like Diablo III or Path of Exile. Its playability is fun and demanding, although it does not escape the sense of repetitiveness inherent in the works of its genre. It highlights the excellent work that has been carried out in the system of skills improvements and levels rise, but it is dazzled by a multiplayer section still pending some improvements in its servers, although it has been on track since its launch. With a new mode at the end of the main campaign, the options for those who wish to stay are endless. Undoubtedly, one of the surprises of this beginning of the year that, will have to do with time if it stays in a “take away” while Diablo IV arrives or manages to keep his community hooked with new content.
